I ordered a used one and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was almost a new one ....... excellent condition and I just love the box . It is high quality system and best for singing at homes and parties ....... clarity of instruments and voice quality is outstanding . The disc tray does not want to open/close properly. It came in 3 boxes of protection. Seemed like it was in good condition

Did not like the sound it sounds distorted not too happy for what I paid....was expecting at least something alittle more decent..

Gifted this for my mom, as she loves singing. Having fun with this product. The quality of voice & output is good.

If you are looking for a portable speaker that will allow you to play music and microphone input, this is a good device. The MP3 and DVD inputs work well and the microphones sound pretty clear. Having one bundled package is awesome. It's not terribly loud, but it sufficient for a small room with a small number of people. If you are looking to output music mixed with the microphones via RCA jacks on the back, I wouldn't recommend this. The output volume is very soft (no gain control), so I could not play it loudly even on my home theater system.

Well it arrived ahead of schedule, operated everything and it all worked great. Very happy with it, lots of Thai Karaoke disc already played. You can go to setup and change on screen a lot of things, turned on the component cable so I could use it for the hook up to my stereo system, it also has regular RCA jacks as well. This unit has a lot of nice features for the price, wireless micro phones worked great, this will take up to four mic's total hard wired.Winner in my book.

Mics stopped working the first day. I had a VocoPro prior to buying this one and the older one had much better quality

This product worked ok for couple of weeks and started giving trouble after that. The wireless mikes became unreliable for a few days and one of them failed completely after a few days later. I have returned the unit back to Amazon. I am not sure if anyone else has seen this kind of problem.
