Can this pen be used with a standard international ink cartridge?

Please be advised that the Waterman Graduate fountain pen is compatible with both standard international and large Waterman ink cartridges.

Is the pen have fine nib? Pen image shows fine nib but specification described as medium nib.

Does this come in a medium nib?

Hi Ali F, this is Joanna from Waterman Consumer Care. Thank you for contacting us regarding our Waterman Allure fountain pen. Please be advised that Waterman Allure and Graduate fountain pens originally come with only Fine nibs. However, the Medium nibs can be purchased separately.

Can you fit the cap on top of the pen whilst writing? I don’t like writing with a short fountain pen.

Beware. I have the red lacquer pen and the lacquer scraped off the end of the pen during use with the cap posted on then removed from the top. Bought Dec 2019 scraped off recently. I have the black lacquer pen which thus far has held its color. I simply replaced the red Waterman Graduate Allur3 pen with a Waterman Graduate Chrome Fountain Pen, Fine Nib, Blue Ink assuming the chrome would not flake off.
