It's a great ice cream scooper. I like the large 4 ounce size scoop! Price was good but shipping took a long time to finally get it! It works good using the heat transfer from your hand to aid in dipping!

Ice cream scoop I’d definitely worth every penny! It gets a perfect scoop every time. No need to run under water or let the ice cream sit out prior to scooping . The handle really does warm the scoop. Easy to use and handle is easy to grip. Light weight and durable.

Bought this for my mom. She needed a new one and as soon as she got it she was was using it. She loves it. Works great. Do not wash these in hot water. Rinse and wash in cold. My mom ruined her last one by washing it in hot with her other dishes.

I was skeptical that this would be any better than others, but I have to say I was shocked as soon as I started to use it. This scoop went through ice cream like it was hot butter. It formed a perfect ball without even trying. I needed this for a small ice cream shop window in my store. We had just got 2 new scoops that were commercial grade and they broke after 2 uses. We have the full setup, with a scoop well with running water too, so that wasn’t even helping. This just went right through like nothing. It’s solid and seems like it will last. It was slightly discolored, but that’s ok since it’s going to happen anyways. Hardest part will be making sure no one puts it in a dishwasher. I am already ordering a second one. I can see why it’s been a top brand for so many years.

The scoop is really large but it works very well. The head conduction makes a huge difference. It scoops ice cream so smooth and easy. It is also pretty heavy duty. Not going to break or bend.

Having a working and functional ice-cream scoop is the foundation of any family. Our previous scoop of 7 years had pride of place in our household and family. But, alas, one day it seems some hater had put it in the dishwasher. Upon discovery , there were tears and a small ceremony. Time was taken out for healing. After the mourning period had ended it was time to begin the search. A list of 35 suitable applicants were submitted, reviews were read and critiqued. Family meetings held, At times there were tears. After 5 rounds of voting (supervised and audited at each round) a decision was reached. We chose this scoop. We are happy. There have been no tears at ice-cream time. There has been no talk of mutiny or placing old people (me) into a care home. I highly recommend this scoop. I will add one thing. Do not be dazzled by the neapolitan's 3 colours. We all deserve better, not flashy.

Exactly as described. Works perfectly and with ease due to heat conductive handle. Follow instructions to not machine wash and handle with care to ensure durability. Only complaint is shipping took a fairly long time but well worth the wait.

It’s so perfect and easy to use. I never need to buy another with this, it doesn’t bend or have issues getting Icecream out. Adore it.
