Revell 85-1506 Peterbilt 359 Conventional Tractor 1:25 Scale 116-Piece Skill Level 4 Model Building Truck Kit

This is the best scale model I ever purchased, and believe me the number is not small. The instructions were great, the plastic pieces and their fitting together were absolutely perfect (except, probably, the tires of the wheels), and there was hardly any need for trimming. Even the moving parts fit exactly in place, you push, click, done. It ended up a solid result, which I am not afraid to break when I handle it, due to its firm construction. The size is also bigger than expected. Amazing job, Revell! I am now tempted to buy a trailer for this beauty :)

Very easy build. Parts went together easy and snapped into place. Hardly any glue needed. Just effort and paint. Quality was good. All pieces present.

I'm in the process of painting and building my Revell Peterbilt kit. I have already built the Revell KENWORTH kit. You can not go wrong with any Revell model kit! The fit and directions are perfect! THE KENWORTH went together very easily and looks amazing. I'm very excited to finish the Pete. It looks awesome now but I've only got the engine built most of the truck is painted. I purchased two of the Peterbilt kits. I have built many Revell model kits. These two are perfect for someone advancing to the level two category the frame rails and most of the suspension is already built which makes it so much easier for the newer builder. Just take your time and you will have a truck you will be proud to display. I can't say enough good things about Revell I've never had a missing part or any damages. This is a very relaxing and enjoyable hobby. You can build your dream vehicle and detail it the only limit is your imagination. I have a large collection of Revell model kits most of which are built. No matter what Revell kit you buy and buid you will be pleasantly surprised with the ease of building plus the fit. You won't have to make things fit it's perfectly designed so it fits together. Buy one or two cars, trucks, there fun to build and you will get hooked on building. Enjoy and I hope this helped you. I'm finally finished and here's a picture.

Looks great

I've always like the older Peterbilt conventional trucks the best. To me those the best looking conventional tractor trucks. This is a very good model. Revell has integrated several of the parts. For example, the frame or basic chassis is one unit. This makes this model much easier to build. I would recommend this model. The parts fit well and instructions are clear.

ピータービルト359のレベル キットです。 すごく気に入っています。 他の方のレビューに有る通り組み立ては、簡単です。 詳しい方がこれは、旧モノグラム製とコメントがあるとおり、シャシーに、その刻印がありました、再販してくれたRevell社に感謝です。 模型としての設計は古いのかもしれませんがスタイルが良く、上手に模型化されたキットです。 古いが故に新たな車種展開などは、望めないのが残念でなりません。 (この構造での) だからこのピータービルトとケンワースを数台コレクションしています。 模型としてよく出来ています。 実車の写真を参考にしてスプレー塗料で塗り分けてみました。塗り分けは私オリジナル！ デカールは、あまり好きではないのでナンバープレートと注意書きにのみ使用。 メーカープレートもせっかく浮き彫りになっているので塗装で表現しました。 完成した後もスナップ式なので部品を丁寧にはずせば塗装変更やディテールの追加加工も出来るので一粒で二度も三度も楽しめます。 写真は、最初の完成時でこの後ナンバープレートを プレートベース(他の模型の余剰パーツ)に貼って取り付けたり、マッドガード(泥よけ)を前後フェンダーやステップの後ろ(実車の写真で付いているのが多い)にプラ板を加工して取り付けたり、その他モロモロ楽しんでいます。 今現在の写真も加えておきます。

I constructed this kit the past few weeks in spare time, it's quite an easy kit to construct, parts are very well moulded and fit together perfectly, I painted most of the parts off the sprue, once finished it's a very attractive kit to display, even my wife likes it 😊
