I was over the moon happy when I saw that the High Sierra Back Support pillow was back in stock again. This back support pillow is without a doubt the best thing that ever happened to my back! I've had spinal stenosis for a few years now, I seriously can't live without this pillow in my chairs at home, in the car, and out and about in restaurants, etc. I love the softness of the fabric and the perfect amount of cushion this back support pillow offers. It cradles right into my lower back and provides the perfect support. I like how the wings on each side come out and give me a little extra side support as well. I'm 5' 2", 120 lbs, and this pillow fits my frame perfect. Other pillows on the market are so hard and stiff, and overly stuffed, so it pushes my back into more curvature, this is not the case with the High Sierra pillow. This pillow just provides enough support to make you feel like you don't have a big lump of material pushing on your back. This pillow seamlessly slides in behind you with the perfect support. I've order a dozen of them, for fear that they may go out of stock again. Please continue making this excellent product. I can't believe how inexpensive, this high-quality pillow is. It's truly a life savor for me. Thank you to the people who designed this perfect support pillow!

Overall, this support pillow is great! It has taken my mediocre, "ergonomic" office chair I bought for the fancy features of extreme lean (nearly lays flat) and foot rest (makes taking a quick nap in my home office space easy for those really late nights) to a new level of comfort.The lumbar pillow that came WITH my chair was too thick and just encouraged an unnatural arch because of the size of the pillow and how long the seat was (about 2-3 inches too long for my knees, therefore I had to choose between poor posture and poor circulation). As such, while I really liked the chair otherwise, I began to have considerable back pain due to poor posture. Unfortunately I had allowed the return period to expire so now I'm stuck with a chair that is slowly killing me.Enter the High Sierra back support. This is a extremely well made memory foam back support pillow that has completely changed the game. After just a few days of use, my back pain was getting better. Now I'm at the point where I think it may actually be helping my back to sit in this chair for a couple of hours per day (before, I would have to get up every 1-2 hours or else the strain and fatigue would be terrible).The only reason I gave it 4 stars on comfort is because I feel like it could have been made with just a little bit more of a taper up to the areas between the shoulder blades and upper back, but given that this is primarily targeted at lumbar relief, I totally understand their reasoning. Still a 5 out of 5 all around!

I've had the High Sierra HS1432 Soft Seat Cushion for several months now and it holds up really well, considering I weigh 205lbs. I work at home, so I sit on it for a good 8 to 12 hours, and it always goes back to it's original shape after long stretches of use. The cushion does provide comfort during that time, but my only gripe would be that it was a little stiffer. Other than that, I'm completely happy with it.

I purchased this for my chair at work and it has been amazing. The chair has the ability to adjust height but, not lumbar support. I work 12 hour shifts and the majority of it is sitting in my work chair. I was suffering from having no lumbar support and found this. I am so happy I did. It has me now ergonomically correct while doing my job. Pain relief, support, comfort, and affordability is what I found in this product!JMM - Texas

The quality is nice. I can tell that it is made with quality. It is useful especially for me at the age of 50. All the muscle and joint pains are starting to show and I can't sit on ordinary chairs for a long time. Because of this, I am able to do so. I don't feel any pain when I'm using this as support on my lower back. The comfortability is class S.

I had high hopes. It was very comfortable and seemed to have good support.....But my chair has a gap of about 6 inches between the back and the seat. The elastic on the back wasn't strong enough to hold the support pillow in place. It kept slipping into the gap. I only only used for 2 hours, and I had to move it up twice.

depending on how you have the pillow facing it will either make you lean forward, or as i like forces your lower back into the back of the chair. this helps prevent leaning forward with your whole back to read the screen and thus supports your back. now if I lean forward only the upper portion of my back and neck lean forward. the memory foam is comfortable.
