Anyone use these for working out? How do they hold up?

I do mid range running (three miles around 7.5mph pace) and have zero issues with fit or keep clean after about 3 months of use. Ive been wearing this same pair in the shop for hearing protection though for much longer, around a year. I hand wash them immediately after working out. If working out I would recommend a hair band for females or something to help soak up sweat from the top of your head. The foam around the ears could be easily and relatively cheaply replaced over time if needed. The head band not so much.
