Katjes Sour Currant Gummies (Saure Johannisbeeren),7 Ounce (Pack of 6)

I was first given a handful of these by a visitor from Germany... She either knew their incredible power ahead of time or pitied the look of loss and suffering in my eyes when I finished the last one, and gave me the rest of the bag. I then ordered them in bulk from Amazon, fully prepared to fly to Germany to restock if they weren't available.These things are wonderful. I'm generally not a candy person, but these are made from currant juice and pulp, rolled in a crunchy layer of sugar to counteract the delightful tartness, and I love them. They are extremely tart, however, and not for the faint of heart.

Meh. Ok but I wouldn't buy them again.

These are very tasty. Note that they need to be fresh and must be eaten quickly or they go stale and change texture. Pretty authentic sour fruit flavor.

Sour and fruity with a nice tang finish. The gummy texture is different from a lot of the American gummies. If you are a fan of sweets it is certainly worth a try.

These are such tasty gummy candies. I can eat a bag in one sitting! The flavor is unlike anything you can get here in the U.S.

I tried this a couple months ago and it's now my favorite candy! It's my weakness! I wish they sold it in the US
