The Wave Childrens Kids Wave Water Shoes Pool Beach Aqua Socks

These water shoes started out great!! Perfect even! HOWEVER, after 2 days of wear (my little girl does not play rough either. I'm talking normal 6-year-old girl running around by a pool and beach), she had a hole in the toe box. By the end of the third day of vacation, the bottom had completely come off both shoes and both toe boxes were wide open. The sole came out of both shoes as well. They were a mess and completely unusable! What a bummer because they had fit so well and I loved how easily she could tighten them around her thin ankles. The fit was perfect and she said they were comfortable (until the rubber sole came off, that is).Yes, they are cheap, that comes at a price! Other reviews said the same thing about the shoes falling apart after only a few days. I guess I should have listened...

Purchased these for my 3 year old daughter - disappointing purchase. Within 10 times wearing the toe broke loose from the sole and there is a hole in the toe area now. We are continuing to wear them through the summer as the purpose was to keep the heat of the concrete off her feet (not to keep her toes covered) - but disappointed in the quality. Also...the inner sole comes right out - doesn't stay in place - while my daughter doesn't complain about it (I think this is because she loves the water and could care less what is on her feet) - I have noticed the sole coming out of the shoe after extended wear.

Difficult to get on my child's feet. The elastic back doesn't really expand so I'm thinking it's more for keeping it on while in the water. Will have to see how these hold up while in use. When it arrived it was packaged in 2 bags maybe to hide the horrible smell. As soon as I opened the first bag I could already smell the chemicals. I currently have it in the sun to see if it will help remove the smell. I would return these but I need them and don't have time to return and get a new pair for our trip.

I wasn't expecting a high quality shoe for nine bucks, but the stitching is ripped and the sole insert has unstuck and is all bunched up and sticky underneath after my son wore these shoes for a total of two hours. TWO HOURS! He was on flat ground, playing at a splash park. Not mountain climbing. Learn from my mistake: Spend an extra ten bucks and find another pair of shoes.UPDATE: so we ended up toughing it out and using these the rest of the summer. Order a tube of super glue along with the shoes and you'll be ok - I superglued the insert into the shoe, and I also superglued the seam that was splitting. The glue held for the remaining 2 months of 2x a week use. I was certainly frustrated with having to fix brand new shoes after one use, but after the fix, they served their purpose and my son was happy with the shoes otherwise.

I bought these Aqua shoes for my 2 year old. She is usually picky about what shoes she wears due to her wide feet, and she's sensitive to texture and comfort, so if it doesn't feel good, I'll hear about it. She wore these enthusiastically all afternoon while we were at Sesame Place. She did not complain once. This is only 4 stars and not 5 because on occasion, one of the shoes will slip off my daughter's heel and would fall off. This might be due to how she walks or how her Achilles is shaped, but it happened more than 3 times no matter how snug I pulled the drawstring. Still, this is a comfortable water shoe for a great price. Will be buying again when she outgrows her current pair.

Great comfort, quality, and durability. First ones my kids can wear in and out of wire without complaint on comfort, especially outside water. I also was so pleased with all this and didn't expect with price.

My son loves green and these were the closest I could find in water shoes for him. He did complain a little that the back hurt him, even though they were adjustable. I liked that he could easily adjust them himself. They lasted all summer and I believe that we will be able to use them through one more summer, unless he outgrows them. I would definitely recommend to other. The price was on point.

One shoe was size 11. The other was size 13. They were supposed to be purple, and my order says purple, but the shoes look magenta. Also, they were clearly used before; really poor shape. Surprised they could have left any warehouse in the condition they were in. Returned them the same day they arrived and would not buy this brand again.
