Perfect.

The book was good for the money. I liked the facts and figures it provided for the efficiencies of the grow tunnel. After all my question was would a poly tunnel be worth the money. With the information and tips in the book I feel it would make the tunnel worth the money but without the info I would have had a hard time to make it work. For instance who would have thought of putting a cold frame inside a grow tunnel to up night time temps for the plants! I surely would not have with out the info from this book. Really enjoyed finding a new way to extend the harvest. I really like the ease of growing as I get older and work gets harder to do in a regular garden.

We have been looking for ways to extend our crops and this looks to be right up our alley. I look forward to getting this set up this spring and see what happens

Loved the book and how fast it arrived. I didn't realize it was written in England so had to work around their climate and terms.

This book didn't have the level of detail I wanted for construction and use of polytunnels in a mini farm setting.. There are other books out there that are much more informative...

buy an elliot coleman book instead (Four Season.... would be a good one to start with). he has built and used hoop greenhouses for decades. this book gives very little information on how to build on yourself. given the title its very disapointing.

Was assured by the blurb that I NEEDED to have this book before buying a polytunnel! I dutifully bought the book and read it cover to cover.....and learned nothing new! If, like me you have been considering a polytunnel for some time, and like me, have been doing your research, this book is most likely not for you, as you will have already found out everything contained in the book.IF, on the other hand, you have just decided to invest in a polytunnel, and have not yet started on your research, this book certainly is a one stop for all the information you may need. Yes, there are other avenues you may wish to explore but this book will set you on the right path, and is certainly worth the investment, before you pay out potentially a lot of money for a polytunnel that may not be what you want or need.The book is set out in a very clear and easy to follow format, and even shows you how to construct a DIY polytunnel using some very basic building materials and technics.I didn't need it, but worth the money to have everything in one place to dip into for advice, and for the building plans for the DIY tunnel.

I'm in the process of doing my research before buying either a tunnel or greenhouse and bought this book to help me make a decision. It has saved me a lot of time and given me some very valuable pointers. For example, I couldn't decide whether I was best suited to a polytunnel or a large greenhouse. As a result of reading the book I am now buying a Keder house, something that didn't come up during my web searching. This information alone meant that the book was a worthwhile purchase.There is a very useful list of manufacturers and suppliers and also a list of web resources in the appendixDon't buy this book if you're wanting a detailed listing of what to grow and when to plant. In some ways I feel that the title of the book could be better, as it is far more valuble to someone who is thinking about buying a PT than someone who already has one erected and in use.

We are thinking of getting a polytunnel and bought this book to help make the decision of what we really need.Lots of useful information and things to consider but we are still a bit confused by the various manufacturers and which one is the best overall. Still the book is very worthwhile and I would recommend you read this first if, like us, you are in the market for your first polytunnel.

I am thinking of getting a polytunnel in the future and wasnt too sure what size I wanted or exactly when you can sow different veg in it.After reading this book I now know the size of my tunnel (14ftx20ft) and when exactly I can sow each vegetable throughout the year.Describes everything in plain english and will be a reference book for many years to come when I hopefully make my purchase

Got this as a gift for my husband, although secretly it was for me! What a great book - shows you everything from being a total beginner. Will be invaluable for our poly tunnel journey!
