great for pulled pork.
I used this rub to go on a pork shoulder, did a nice slow smoke/cook for nearly 8 hours in the weber kettle master touch. turned out great, pork just came apart in my hands. A real nice flavour on its own, i also added some Jack Daniels BBQ sauce to some of the pork and tasted beautiful in a nice brioche bun. try this rub, you will not be disappointed. I am going to try the Memphis rub next.

Some of my new favourite rubs, a lot of flavour. I use them on chicken currently with my George Foreman Grill. Decent amount in each packet too. I've purchased these on multiple occasions.
