One thing to note: this tea definitely gets things moving, so make sure to try it out when you don't have plans or a busy schedule. Its natural diuretic properties are noticeable. During the first few days, I experienced mild discomfort as my system got used to the tea. If you’re new to dandelion tea or herbal teas with detoxifying properties, this might be something to keep in mind.

Box arrived open, and has a gross taste, but when drinking healthy greens as a tea that can be expected. Not sure if it works as described but will keep drinking it for now.
