This tea is lovely and has a subtle sweet flavor that goes great warm with some honey. It is my new favorite tea and so good for digestion and helps with water retention. Natural detox for the kidneys too! And no caffeine. Enjoy hot or cold. :)

The taste may be a bit of an adjustment if you like sweet herbal teas. However, it is tolerable, especially if you’re used to natural herbal teas without added sweetness. It's really effective in promoting gut health and aiding digestion. I noticed results within two weeks of consistent use. One thing to note: this tea definitely gets things moving, so make sure to try it out when you don't have plans or a busy schedule. Its natural diuretic properties are noticeable. During the first few days, I experienced mild discomfort as my system got used to the tea. If you’re new to dandelion tea or herbal teas with detoxifying properties, this might be something to keep in mind.

I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law, who has been dealing with some liver issues, and she said this tea really helped. She loved that the flavor was light and easy to drink, not overpowering. She even made sure to leave room in her luggage to take it home. A thoughtful and beneficial herbal tea with great quality.

Box arrived open, and has a gross taste, but when drinking healthy greens as a tea that can be expected. Not sure if it works as described but will keep drinking it for now.
