Well gosh, I hate doing this but I've had a problem. When I first got the collar I thought it was Amazing because of the good build of the product and the collar being waterproof. And wrote a review to that effect. After using for a week, I could only get the collar to go off on three occasions when he barked. I turned the sensitivity all the way up to its most sensitive setting which is 'T' for Test Mode. No luck. I put the longer probes on to make sure there was contact. I tested it in both vibrate and shock modes. I could get it to go off but it was difficult.There was a letter in the box asking that any problems be resolved through the vendor instead of writing a review like this. Well, I emailed them at the address given ([email protected]) three times. I waited and waited. No response. I got it for a good price and had trimmed the collar. So, instead of returning it to Amazon, I just wrote it off and bought a more expensive collar from another vendor.Well, today 6-29-16 I got an email from JESSICA thanking me for posting a positive review about the product but I posted where your supposed to post seller reviews. She asked me to please post a review here. I'm sure Masterpup is a good vendor and the collar is probably a good product. I believe I just got one that had a defect in sensing a bark. Oh, my dog is 75lbs and has a very loud low bark. I just wish I had been able to resolve my problem another way.

This anti-bark collar just works. My 10 lb Havanese puppy started barking incessantly at every little thing. Visitors were barked at constantly until they left. Very annoying. I put this collar on low sensitivity and vibration only mode and it worked without corrective buzzing. After a while she realized she doesn't like the vibration but she could bark anyway. So I set the correction to 2 the lowest buzzing and she does not bark now. I had make it a little less sensitive since bumping the unit could set it off if too sensitive. Now she'll get one or two barks in before being "corrected" which is all I expect once I know someone is at the door I don't need her barking while I'm trying to talk. This has seriously curbed her barking. The unit is a bit big for a small dog but she generally doesn't care it's there. I did have to make a few new holes in the collar to make it fit my 10 lb Havanese. I took one star because on the sensitivity level I would like it gets some false positives. While I haven't tried another cheaper brand I wouldn't risk it because they have bad reviews.

I don't do a lot of reviews but a good product really deserves to be recognized. I have 3 dogs and my 3 yr old jack Russell is very stubborn. We have tried 3 other collars on him. We had a spray collar and he learned 5 quick barks would empty it. Shock collars are very dangerous on this guy, he gets the shock then yelps then gets shocked again and again. It's horrible to watch. What's good about this is you can use shock or vibration. We keep it on vibration and while the barking isn't completely under control it has decreased by at least 75%. I'm so happy I don't need to use shock on him, regardless of what they say I think it is painful and the animals are being punished for what is natural to them. This is more like distraction or redirection. Another neat thing is the collar is rechargable, so no expensive battery replacement. I'd get one for all my dogs if I could afford it! Very humane way of training dog.

It is nice that this is rechargeable and it does work sometimes. I am disappointed that it will shock my dog every time my dog does one of those dog shakes. It usually takes 4-5 barks before it will buzz her. I gave it 3 stars because it has reduced her barking by about 70%. I wish it didn't shock her when she's just shaking off leaves or whatever after coming inside. The collar is plastic with holes like a belt. For a better fit really should be an adjustable nylon slider with a clip in my opinion. I would not buy this product again and in fact I have purchased another anti-bark collar that is less expensive, has a better collar and gets better reviews. I would return this one but the return date has passed.

Pretty decent. It worked as intended. But getting the right amount of sensitivity and be a pain. Took many adjustments over time to get it just right. And I'm not sure why the dial is made so that it has to best turned with a coin or a flathead screw driver. Makes no sense and wears out the dial if you adjust too much. I stopped using it because even the lowest setting proved to be too strong for my 14lb yorkie. It got her too stop barking, but would freak her out.

This was the second time I tried a anti barking collar. The first ones worked great a t first but were poorly made and became defective rather quickly. I had high hopes for this collar because it seemed to be a better quality and loved the idea of a rechargeable battery. They are ineffective on my dogs and I can only guess that because they are bulkier than the first ones I bought and my dogs are fairly small they do not stay in the area of the vocal cords. I have them attached as tightly as they can go with out distressing the dogs and no poor results.The dogs shake and run and the collars go to the side of their neck. I am disappointed. The less expensive ones worked much more effectively even if they did not last long. I have a mini dachshund and a 12 lb mixed breed.

Ordered this before noon on March 10th and was given the option of a 9pm same day delivery (Amazon locker) I had it delivered to my door same day. Very impressive!I had just moved into a new townhouse, dogs were in a new place, and were barking (I work at 7am) and woke up neighbors. I ordered this the same day, and used it the next day (and every day since) and my neighbors haven't complained. I used the KoolKani Remote dog trainer collar when I'm home and training the dogs, but this works great when I'm not at home.
