I have been purchasing ADK 10 from my physician for ‘dangerously’ low Vitamin D levels. This products costs WAY less than the Big Brand name one. The capsules are larger than the brand one, but not too big so swallowing is fine. There no taste or after taste, no ill effects noted, quality appears fine. I’ve had Vitamin D Levels done recently, all is well; so, this must be doing what it’s supposed to do. That makes me and the doctor happy:-) no more yelling at me for not taking my medicine!

This is a great supplement. It is easy to swallow with the smaller pill form. I definitely notice when I am taking them, my energy level is good! I had weight loss surgery, and my absorption of nutrients is hit and miss but with this my levels are good when I have bloodwork done. There is no smell or taste, so you are not gagging when you open the bottle. I like that you have the K vitamin as well so that it is highly effective for absorption.

Been taking these along with Dim+ for years. Not sure if they are helping, but I’m sure they are not hurting. They were recommended by my GYN to go along with my Biote hormone replacement pellets.
