I bought this pressure cooker after returning the Lagostina Mia 5lt pressure cooker. I was very worried about purchasing the Rossa after seeing the poor performance of the "Mia 5lt", as well as the lack of an English manual with the Mia. However, the Rossa performs excellently & comes with a useful English language recipe book as well as a wire basket. I would highly recommend this pressure cooker!

Real classic item, no need to replace the gasket which is a long term economy. Very nice design. Two cooking modes 1 for meat and 1 for veggies. Works great on induction hub. Speed cooking preserving nutritional values. Happy customer :)

Fantastic I love itI have been using Deagostina pressuer cooker for 35 years, I had to change recently because I brought an induction hob and the older models didn't work on it .This new model is just as good or even better.
