Probably, but I do not think that they are marketed as such. I just checked them and both posts have the slight taper you would expect on battery terminals . The positive post is fractionally larger than negative(18/19mm compared with 17/18mm) Not sure why one would go down that road and not just buy a battery that fits the terminals on the vehicle. Worth a try as cost is not high.
