Hanna Hats Men's Donegal Tweed Original Irish Walking Hat

Well made, great color, size right on,it's worth the price.,a great looking hat .

After exchanging an XXL for XL size, this hat fits my husband perfectly. The color of this one is much more vibrant than the returned one. It is blue but has more teal in it than gray. We both prefer the color of this one. This is the second Hanna hat we have purchased. The first one was bought when we were in Ireland (my family name is Hanna). The quality is wonderful - well-made and very nice looking. The first Hanna hat is over 20 years old and still looks great. I'm sure we will be buying more Hanna hats in the future. Maybe they could add some women's hat styles?

This tweed hat was on my husband's Amazon "Wish List" shared with our whole family. I knew he had been looking for a hat like this everywhere he had shopped in the last year and found this one on Amazon. He was excited that it was under the tree on Christmas morning. It fit just a wee bit on the tight side, but he thought it would be fine after wearing it for the first few times. It seems to be as described. Nicely made. My husband seems to really be very happy with it.

Nothing wrong with the hat but it is too large for my head. I need to exchange for a smaller size

I’ve ordered 2 of the Hanna Tweed Irish walking hats. I’m impressed with the quality. I used a little steam to mold the crown to more of the shape I wanted. Overall, the comfort is excellent and the construction appears to be quite sturdy. In both instances, dealing with Sullivan’s was quite easy—their shipping was fast and the product was as advertised. No worries at all buying from them.

I have one of these hats that is over 20 years old, and I love it. It is still in great shape, and the size Large fits me perfectly with a nice, long oval shape. So I thought I would get another color to wear with different coats. I am not nearly as happy with this hat. First of all the size Large now is larger, but more importantly they have changed the shape from a long oval to a round oval shape. So there are huge gaps on both sides of the hat, and it does not feel secure at all. Second, the last one was mostly just wool, which is great to keep you warm in the rain, and also breathes very well. The new hat has a full cloth lining, making it less breathable and much less warm if the hat gets really wet. When did we all get so delicate that wool can't touch our skin anywhere, it seems like this great natural fabric is now always being lined with some less-great fabric, to the detriment of functionality. I was very disappointed that these hats are not made as well as they used to be.

Absolutely beautiful hat and very well made sturdy hat. A medium would have fit but I ordered a size larger because I really find hats that are the least bit tight uncomfortable. It sits well and looks fine. I believe my size choice was correct. This hat is a real beauty and I look forward to cooler weather so I can sport it. Also, packed properly and arrived on time..

The hat I ordered is not the hat I received. Lining on the hat I received also already coming loose. Fits as expected, outside of the hat very well made, but I was sent a completely wrong item and the lining is falling out of the hat.

Too small for stated size. Horrified at the poor quality of packaging. For an online purchase this is the first point of contact. Very poor impression.
