Won't charge phone through protective cases
It seems to be great quality. It fits tight in the cup holder. It's easy to put together. It opens and closes great holding the phone. It's sturdy. BUT, the one thing I was really wanting the most was for it to charge wirelessly through my cell phone protective case. When I lay my phone flat on my regular wireless charger on my night stand, it does charge through the protective case. I was hoping this would do the same thing and it doesn't. That's the only reason I gave this a 3 star. That was one of the most important things to me. I'm deciding whether I will keep it or not.

Ease of use..
Love the ease of use. The open close feature is great. It works great at charging your phone unless like me, you travel a lot and have to have a route map running on the phone and have SiriusXM running through bluetooth to the car stereo. It isn't enough power to keep up with amount being drawn if your trip will last over 4 hours. I would still recommend this product. I haven't had any problems with it and LOVE it. Just have to have backup power for the phone for extra long trips.

Overall great product
Love the unit and design, my only complaint is the neck at the base is loose so phone turns on it's own while driving. A bit on a hassle as i drive a delivery truck and used the phones gps, can't keep looking over and adjusting the phone to the proper viewing angle for gps. Other than that love it.

Sturdy
It does the job; I haven't had any issues. I love how it holds the phone and it's easy to adjust. For reference I had an iPhone 7 Plus with a case and now have an iPhone XR with a case and the charger held the old phone/holds the new phone with no issues.

Stopped working stay away
Well after 6 months it stopped working. Up until that time it worked great on my iPhone 11promax but now it’s stopped so in the trash it goes....I would avoid buying this unless you only want it to work for a short period.

Great product. Works perfectly for me!!
This is a good product. Works as described. My only issue, is that it does not release your phone when vehicle is shut off. I have to either remember to release it, or end up turning my car back on, to release it. Other than that, product is great! Mine will charge thru my Otterbox case, and that was a big concern for me, because I didn't want to have to remove my protective case (I would have sent item back, instead).

Won't charge wireless, grabs open and close all the time and shakes alot.
actually I just bought this mount wireless charger, so I can used the wireless charger to install it in the old version I had from you. but I'm very disappointed with this model because is not charging wireless, the grabs opens and close all the time, and with this cup holder style shakes alot.

Jaws that grab phone stop working
The jaws that grab it are mechanical. Didn’t always work properly. And now if doesn’t work at all. Don’t buy!!!
