Don’t ignore this ,it’s serious guys
This is very serious please don’t buy this pumpkin seed oil you will suffer from henoch schonlein purpura as I did and one of my friend always consult a doctor before taking anything

This is terrific for the kidneys! Saw signs of some bubbles in my urine (not good). As soon as I started taking this (two at nite right before bed) NO bubbles!!

I bought Now Foods Pumpkin Seed Oil to support hair growth. It’s a clean, high-quality oil in softgel form that’s easy to take. Pumpkin seed oil is also known for supporting prostate and urinary health, but my primary use is for stronger, healthier hair. It's too soon to say about long-term results, but so far it’s been a good addition.
