A nice sturdy piece of furniture
Arrived fast and in fine condition. I love this unit! We are using it in the laundry room to hold lots of loose items that were cluttering the space. Hinges did not need adjusting like with other cabinets I've put together, so the hinges were easy to put together. Yes, the instructions could be better -- you need to use some logic. All of the tiny holes need to face the front -- they are for the hinges and magnets. I put a back panel on upside down (had to flip it), so pay attention to how it is supposed to be screwed on. There is a chemical smell as others have mentioned, but it was only a minor nuisance for me. If you're easily bothered by smells, it might be too strong. My wife is sensitive, but it didn't bother her too much either. It's been a few weeks since I put it together and I can't smell anything anymore. Probably was formaldehyde. It does the job and looks nice - just like the photo.

Great pantry - looks good; plenty of room
I love this unit. I have two of them in my kitchen and they are quite roomy - they hold quite a bit of groceries or other kitchen items and they look great. The top can be used for storage as well, esp for decorative items. The units are reasonably well made and very functional. You can also buy this item with complete confidence. I purchased three of these items, overall - one for another room. One of the three items was shipped with one of the front top doors missing. I sent an email to the company advising them of the problem. They responded immediately and shipped out another door pronto. The replacement door was here within a week or so. I am sure it is relatively unusual to be missing such an important part but if it should happen, the company will make good on it promptly. They are a very cordial and responsible company. Anyone can make an occasional mistake but this company takes complete responsibility for any oversight on their part and they make good on the issue immediately. This is the sort of company with which anyone would be pleased to conduct business.

Looks good with no problems assembling
I had no trouble assembling this. It took me about three hours, and after reading the reviews, I took my time so I didn’t mess it up. The box was badly beat up by UPS but all the pieces were there and nothing was damaged. I was able to do most of it alone. I did have to have a second person to help me hold the upper right door when I attached it, because I couldn’t hold it and screw in the hinges. But the pre-drilled holes made it easy to get the screws in with minimal effort. I don’t like power screwdrivers because they tend to strip the screws (probably user error!) but I used a regular Phillips screwdriver and had no trouble. Even the large quantity on the back of the unit. I goofed up the upper back panels and put them on upside down. When I realized my mistake, I decided it didn’t matter enough to fix. The only complaint I have is that it is kind of flimsy. Apparently at this price point, that’s the way it goes. But it gives a lot of storage and it looks nice.

Great piece for the price!
I love this little pantry! Holds a lot more than I thought it would! I have a very small kitchen and no pantry so was looking for something that would fit a very small space and this fit perfectly! It’s pretty sturdy and takes up very little room. Just what I needed! My fiancé put it together and made sure to anchor it to the wall because I have a grandbaby who is walking and getting into everything. Wouldn’t want it falling on her. He said the directions could have been better and it did take him half of an afternoon to put it together. May not take as long if you aren’t a perfectionist. He cut out the chair rail so it would be flush to the wall and caulked the seam. Also he put wood glue between each piece for added strength. We changed out the ugly wood knobs with brushed silver. Makes a world of difference. I will also paint the top piece white. Trying to get away from dark wood.

Great product for this price point
I am going to rate this based on it being a piece of furniture at this price point, not a $500 or $800 cabinet. This is a great product!! It’s made well and I expect it to last a long time. The cabinet was packed with a lot of foam, so nothing got damaged during shipping. It was easy to assemble, but assembly took about two hours. Dowel Holes - If you see a dowl hole, put some wood glue or construction adhesive in the hole, doing so should make the cabinet stronger and make it last longer. Not necessary, but a good practice when you are putting furniture together. Upgrades – the only upgrade I would recommend for this cabinet would be for them to put a 3rd screw for the door hinges. The wood handles are nice, but I am going to replace them with some nice metal ones from home depot. They are in the photo I shared. It would be nice if they offered an option for a white top, versus the wood one that came with it.
