Are these 100% cotton?

My package was 100% cotton. I don't like cotton because of the loose fibers left behind. I bought them because everyone was saying that they weren't cotton.

Will this fit in a rifle chambered for 7.62?

7.62 is .300" so it should work fine!

The pkg says "38-45 Cal" and I am sure they will work fine with the proper sized jag. Material is not overly thick, so you may need to use 2 or 3 to obtain tight fit. Hope this helps!
