Voltage Rating of Filter Capacitors.
From the picture, it is seen that two 6,800mfd 35 volts capacitors are used as filter capacitors. The recommended Transformer voltage is 28 - 0 - 28v. After rectification the DC voltage will be close to 39.6 VDC. Very soon the filter capacitors will fail. If 28-0-28 secondary voltage is 'the' recommended voltage, then perhaps it is better to use two 6,800 mfd 50 volts filters. I would like to know from the manufacturer their recommendations. Thanks.

Best Amplifier in this price Segment.
Awesome amplifier, but for best result you need to add extra heatsink. It can vibrate whole floor.....
