The products works well. It has a good sleek design. I was really impressed by their after sales for installation and feedback collection.

I didn't had the secondary water connection so I installed it in place of my shower saved losts of drilling an allNow important points are :1: You can Install it by your self all the this are provided in the box or you can call the Havells customer care no. in the document provided in the box2 Installation will be free you are in city limits , and you have a water supply available to connect the gyser if not you can contact a plumber to set it up before installing3 product is nice and heats the water quickly in 2 to 3 mins since , release around 3 lt and stop for 3 mins then release again for better results this would be enough for one man to have a bath4 if you wanna call the customer care guys call them at 9 am in morning you won't have to wait long5 Installation guys may take a day or two to install your productgood luck
