I was pleasantly surprised by these. I no longer wanted casters on my little cabinet and was able to swap them out and keep the pre-existing hardware. I was hoping the size of the caster bolt and these legs were a standard size. They were.The wood is solid/real and the bolts are sturdy. They were longer than the caster bolts but ended up screwing down further into the legs themselves to fit as flush as they could with the bottom of the cabinet. You can see the hardware (both my pre-existing hardware and the hardware that comes with the legs) will cause a slight gap between the furniture and the leg. It's not noticeable for my purposes...just something to consider.I wiped on 5 coats of 50% shellac and 50% denatured alcohol to make the legs look silky smooth and they now feel rock hard.Wood furniture feet can be pricey so the fact that these are real wood and well-built for the price point is pretty great.

I wish I had a picture to show you however, this is with my daughter up at college. She has a beautiful dresser and matching nightstand. The night stand is too low to the ground so my husband put these on the bottom and it looks like the night stand came with these on. How something so simple can make our lives better!

My box included zero instructions on how to mount them. They are tricky to install if you don't want to drill all the way through whatever you're mounting them to. You will need to drill a shallow hole with a forstner bit JUST deep enough to recess the threaded part of the bracket.You will also need to make sure you orient the brackets the right way before you screw them down. I screwed the leg into the bracket then oriented it the right direction, then marked the leg, the bracket, and the shelf with a pencil. Then unscrew the leg from the bracket and drill your pilot holes for your mounting screws, making sure your pencil marks still line up.

These furniture legs are very solid and sturdy. We used them for a sideboard cabinet that we made for our living room. I painted them to match the cabinets and they look great! Would definitely recommend them.
