8P to 30P Adapter, 2Pack 8P to 30P Charge & Sync Cable Adapter Converter for Phone X/8/7/7 Plus/6s/6s Plus/6/6 Plus/SE/5s/5c/5 (2PCS)

Received the pair of adapters as ordered. Prompt delivery. Good price compared with Apple counterpart. The only problem is that neither adapter works. The device charging contacts appear to function properly, but the audio contacts are not working. I have an Apple adapter that works fine, so there isn’t anything wrong with the connected devices. Disappointing. Not worth the cost and effort to return.

This absolutely sucks. It doesn’t work, never had. I bought it for my iPod speaker system. It’s an older system, so it doesn’t have Bluetooth and it has the old iPod/iPhone connector. I bought it shortly before the iPhone 6 came out and wanted to get my money’s worth out of it. I have to put adapters on it to use it with my iPhone. This adapter allowed the phone to charge, but wouldn’t allow the music to play through the speaker. I ended up buying another adapter and threw this in the trash.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews for this product thoroughly enough, but they are all correct. This cable will supply power to charge the device but nothing else, such as to play music through as I was going to use it for my car. Realized after looking that it is cheaply made and the parts are not even aligned correctly. Waste of time and money, do not purchase

I bought this to replace an Apple adapter that had, after years, finally failed. The second I plugged this connector into my car, it smoked, caught fire, (see photo) and destroyed the car radio it was connected to . I'm now into well over $100 in repair. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP S***.Lesson learned, by cheap, pay for it.

Every now and then I fall for descriptions and order an adaptor from 30 pin to lightening. We have at work old Bose sound stations that have the 30 pin. The only adaptor I have gotten to work is the actual APPLE item. I keep trying the cheap version and they just don't work. The phone keeps playing music from the speakers and not through the adaptor. Nor does it charge the phone. oh well

I plug it into my iPhone 8 Plus and then plug it into my 30 pin dock connected to my home entertainment system and it will charge my phone but it won’t sync up and play music or any other function except charge.

Purchased these to replace the one in my car that connects to a usb/av. Previously had an Apple adaptor that shredded but otherwise worked fine. These adaptors will charge my phone but I can’t play my music through deeming them almost useless.

Total crap!! I bought a two pack thinking, great I’ll have a back up. I plugged the first one in. And it didn’t work... zero/dead connection. As I separated it from my 30 pin Apple device this entire connector fell apart. Then I tried the second (backup) connector and sadly I got the exact same result. ZERO STARS!!!
