Kohler K-2215-0 Ladena Undercounter Lavatory, White

El lavabo muy bonito en si pero me lo entregaron totalmente roto. Ademas el empaque fue cero. Literalmente es el lavabo en la caja kohler sin ningun tipo de protección. Terrible.

This was a fine sink, but it was just a little too big for my area on my vanity, and my fabricator said that it would not work. So, I had to return it and order another sink from Kohler. The problem I have is NOT with the product. It is wonderful--beautiful. The problem is that eFaucets requires that the product be returned in the exact same boxes in which it was sent and that the buyer pay for the return shipping (this is NOT an "Amazon free return"). The dimensions of the outside box are huge, causing the cost to ship to be exorbitant. UPS (not the UPS Store, but the actual customer service at the UPS shipping facility) was $133 to return, USPS was $188 at the least expensive, and FedEx Ground was $183 at the least expensive. SO BE CAREFUL! Do not order unless you have seen this product and know that it will work for you.

This Kohler product is great and looks awesome... I ordered two (2) sinks that were delivered within 3 days; however, be sure to check the sinks immediately. One of the sinks was cracked. I am surprised that they do not pack the boxes better to protect the sinks, or at least label the boxes "fragile"... I was able to return the sink via UPS and a refund was provided to my credit card by Amazon the same day that I dropped it off at UPS. I just ended up having to order another one that will take about 4 days to arrive. Also, the sinks do not come with any type of drain assemblies...

I ordered two of these sinks. Unfortunately, they arrived in shards. I returned them. I am scarred to reorder from the same source since there was no fragile sign on the boxes.
