I bought a pair of Adidas Sambas awhile back and in the store they felt fine. I’ve owned a few pairs of Adidas shoes before, but never Sambas. I wore them for a couple of days and even played a light game of soccer, but the pain from the shoe rubbing the back of my ankle was unbearable. I really didn’t want to give up on my new pair of shoes so I looked for an alternative route. These cushions were just the answer I was looking for. I put these bad boys in and basically forgot about them. I’ve worn those shoes every day for past 3 months and have had zero issues with pain or discomfort. The fact that I haven’t had to change out the cushions after 3 months of every day use is a testament of their durability and adhesive. I highly recommend these cushions to anyone suffering from the same issue that I was having.

Really comfortable helps shoes a lott but unfortunately doesn’t stick too well on boots maybe it works better with other shoes

I bought a pair of shoes that were a little too long despite being the size that I normally wear. These pads, snug up the fit and keep the new shoes from falling off my heel. In the limited walking, I’ve done around the house, they are comfortable and do the trick. We’ll see how long they last but given there is a second pair, I feel like these we’ll meet my needs.

These heel inserts did not work for me. They are nicely made and very soft but the fabric is kind of slick and my foot still slips out of the shoe. I think the silicone heels work better for me. There is nothing wrong with the product. It really sticks to the shoe.

It was easy to put into my shoe. The sliding back and forth of my heel has diminished. Other than that I don’t notice that it’s there. I’ve only been using it for a couple of days so I can’t comment on how it wears over time.

I had a pair of Ugg's that rubbed my heels so I purchased these. Simple fix and they worked and stayed in place. Better quality than I expected. Very happy with product and highly recommend.

These seem to work fairly well, but they took me a bit to get used to. They do, however keep the heel from slipping in the shore.

I was a little bit skeptical at first about these heel cushions as I figured that they would not stay stuck on for very long, but I was wrong. I have had mine in my work boots for a couple of months now and they are still working fine. They have not started peeling or anything. Very good heel protection and they stay in place wherever you put them, I am constantly pulling my boots off and putting them back on and these cushions have not moved. Excellent pain relief, no more heel rubbing. The ones I purchased are thick but you can purchase different thickness’s. Fit as described.
