came with one blade instead of four what a rip off and pulled hair would not cut totally a rip off do not buy ever

Blades NOT sharp. Does NOT cut properly, even when hair from head is fed into it. Does NOT come with 5 blades, merely 5 pieces of the device. Covered with some kind of industrial lubricant that leaves black marks on hands like motor oil. Spring is too strong, and the force required to operate is ridiculous. The built-in guard is too thick, so it can't cut to the skin.

About what I expected. I'm a retired machinist and tool and die maker, so it's nothing I can't fix, but it definitely needs a little help. Consider it a kit. The blades need lapping and the teeth need to be reprofiled to really cut well. You will need a triangular diamond file and a good sharpening stone, preferably a diamond plate. A couple of hours of tuning will get it in top notch shape. But, don't expect decent performance out of the box. Definitely worth it if you have some basic mechanical skills. If you don't, I'd look for something else.

What I appreciate when ordering on line, is to receive the itam or items exactly as described by the vendors, The Tamsco Manual Hair Clipper Set of 5 All Steel Replaceable Blades Traditional Style is exactly what I expected to receive, and how it was pictured and described, additionally, it arrived punctually as advised , well packaged. What more cuould it be expected ? I am fully satisfied , as I was previously with other Items purchased thru Amazon.com.

it works and it doesn't... it'll cut hair, but you need to be a machinist or a sheep shearer and know how to sharpen and grind combs/plates to make it happen. This the best hand shear I've seen on the market.... But you need to put a different cut into the Combe teeth and put the sickle blades to a wetstone to cut anything. Out of the box it will only cut half the hairs and it it will pull and hurt the the other half.

What a piece of crap. Came missing extra blades. Shoddily made and appeared to be rusty. It looked like it was tested out by someone before me. So bad that when I went to return it to amazon, they told me not to bother returning it. I went on to buy a Wahl battery powered pet clippers that are just great, and they only cost about 8 bucks more than this TAMSCO garbage.

Made of good quality metal. Very easy to clean and disinfect between notches. I used this on three month old barrows and it went through cleanly.

If you are relying on getting the additional blades, don't buy this product. I've ordered twice and each time it only comes with the 1 blade. I'm not sending it back for a refund this time. I'm just not ordering again.

Does not work for animal hair

Selbst der eine Stern ist noch zuviel. 1. Verarbeitungsqualität "vom Lehrling handgefeilt" - ein Wunder, daß sich das Teil überhaupt bewegen läßt. 2. Die Mittelschraube ist zwar nur eine billige Baumarktschraube mit Flügelmutter und könnte selbst gewechselt werden, aber daß diese schon überdreht und das Ding daher in Einzelteilen ankommt ist kein Transportschaden. Sowas zu versenden, und dann noch international und zu dem Preis, bedarf keines weiteren Kommentars. 3. Von wegen Austauschklingen wie vollmundig in der Überschrift - keine einzige war dabei.
