Well.....for what you get for your money, this thing is absolutely AWESOME!!!! Legit “SCAN TOOL / SCANNER” —— NOT A “CODE READER”! It is able to communicate with loads and loads of modules in most OBD2 vehicles, especially within the last 15-20 model years, which mid into late 2000s, and especially 2010 +, vehicles now have multiple multiple computer modules, and this thing does a pretty bang up job! Reads codes, clears codes, reads live data across numerous modules which really helps with diag, as well as has features available for some models that allow you to manually toggle items on/off, which is a pretty darn good deal considering cost of this feller! I will admit, that I love my Snap-On EthosPro......but I paid over $3500 for it! Considering this guy being sub $300, it is a really great deal for the capabilities it has to offer. Love the android OS, pretty much acts as a tablet with Launch software. Does have internet connectivity, and internet browser! Freaking awesome!!! Connect to either a WiFi printer, or a shared printer on a network, and print a diagnostic vehicle health report for your customer on the spot! Even better in today’s wireless / paperless world.....instead of printing, you can email the customer their diagnostic vehicle health report right from the scanner itself! Also....FREE UPDATES!!!!!!! If you work on cars, and you do NOT own a “SCAN TOOL”, you definitely cannot go wrong starting with this feller here.

The CPR 129E year model, 2023.Like I said, it is the bank for the money. It is a little expensive. But for around the house work on cars came in handy.And it was easy to set up. No problem at all. It took the down loads,,very well. And if I did not use it in two weeks or three weeks it let me know it had a new update that need to be installed. .I only have one problem. With a 2006 Toyota Camry, I could not get it to download the app for that car it just would not read it. I have not tried it on my 2014 E350 yet. But on everything else it seem to work very well. I am very pleased with it. Especially when it tell me it needs to be updated. And when I do, the update says complete ..that’s it guy. !!Take my word for it or not. I just gave it to you.

I am impressed with the product at this price. Although it doesn't have bi-directional features as more advanced and expensive models do, it offers extensive functions such as ABS reset, EPB, etc. What I need most for vehicles in my garage includes vehicle-specific OBD such as measuring automatic transmission temperature (for ATF replacement) and EPB reset (for rear brake service). These work nicely on my Lexus.The product feels sturdy and the screen, though relatively small, is actually of the right size to show sufficient details/text/graphics.It also comes with a TMPS reset gauge, which is what I need and will test when the season comes to switch tires.

Great scanner, it’s paid for itself in two uses. Very easy to use and read. And live data is great!!! The case could be a little better.

Liked that it comes with a case. website was misleading, so I ended up with an extra case...no worries, it's good for other stuff. After reading instructions twice ( quick start guide is too generic ) was able to get up and running. Worked great. Lots of updates online...took a good while.

Great product

I had a little trouble finding my car a Nissan ad wagon but I used a sunny b15 sane engine and it work it did not automatically get my VIN number so I had to use that process

The update capability is false. You can update the software but it will for practical repairs, you will find it does not repair. I have a vehicle where I was trying to do an EPB procedure on. It worked on a vehicle a couple of years old but will not work on a model 2022 VW Atlas. I reached out to the seller and the response was “maybe the update doesn’t apply to this vehicle”. Maybe? What kind of support is that? Lesson learned on my end. I will not be buying a launch scanner again.
