I’ve purchased this several times, very happy with taste and consistency. I’ve used it to flavor smoothies or even make dessert mousses. If you are searching for a pomegranate molasses, this is a good choice.

Used to make Shish Andaz (Persian eggplant and walnut stew) and the flavor was wonderful. It's a bit pricey, but the outcome is justified.

Thick and versatile

Overall the product is very good. It is a thick liquid with excellent taste. This was my second time purchasing it. My only complaint is that this time the bottle had leaked. The seal was not broken, so it is usable. I am assuming the problem occurred in shipping.

Really love the flavor. It’s my new replacement for vinegar in my salads. It’s thicker than the vinegar and just a little amount goes a long way. Have dipped roasted chicken in it as well so far.

Pomegranate molasses is a great addition to the kitchen, salads especially superb, sweet sour with a fruity hint that adds an unexpected highlight - it doesnt scream pomegranate just a bit of je ne sais quois. this brand is the best in my mind, all pomegranate with no additives, a bit more expensive but more than worth it. a Turkish salad: tomatoes, cukes, peppers, onion, dried mint, olive oil, [lemon zest] and walnuts.... with pomegranate molasses- wow!

Needed pomegranate molasses for a muhammara recipe I make. I couldn’t find it locally, so was happy to find it on Amazon. The price is a bit excessive, but it is a quality product!
