Lily Bell Attack on Titan Cosplay Mikasa Knee-high Boot High Quality Riding Boots

The boots were delivered as expected and I couldn't wait to try them on. They fit comfortably -- not too narrow, but not wide either. The dark brown color is just what I wanted as well. Note: be aware that the boot is not made of leather, so I recommend storing the boot somewhere where it won't get scratched up. The only issue was the smell of the inside of the boot. Some other reviewers experienced and mentioned the same thing, but I had no idea until I first opened the top of the boots to slip my foot in. The boots had a stong, briny/fishy smell, which is the best way I can describe it. I tried a bunch of different ways to de-feet the funk (pun intended) sprinkling a concoction of odor eater foot powder, some of my daughter's baby powder, baking soda (hey it works for refrigerators!) in each boot and shaking it to make sure that this "powder potion" covered the entire foot area inside and for good measure dropped in some dryer sheets and let that sit in for a couple of days!! I have to admit that I did this about 3 times before I was going to wear the boots in public. And I wouldn't have gone through all the trouble if the fit, color, comfort and look were not what I expected. In fact, I would have given the boots 5 (ninja) stars but the number the smell did to my nose and the effort used to significantly reduce (but not yet eliminate) these fumes, necessitated removing a star. Buyer experience is a total package!

Allegedly, this boot was once used as Zeus's finger puppet.-The material is surprisingly soft and pliable, but still has that leather-like sheen.-I'm 5'7" with fairly muscular calves, so finding boots that I can squeeze into with pants on is generally a titanic challenge. On that note, please be aware that these boots do NOT come with a zipper in the seam that will allow you to slip them on. You have to point your toe and slide your foot right in. But because the material is so sturdy and soft, this never becomes an issue.-The stitching is solid, the rubber heel and sole are thicker than you expect, with nice treads (you won't be slipping around on linoleum). It's a good, solid boot -- very simple, and exceedingly comfortable.-For those who may be concerned about such things, my boots did not smell upon delivery. They even came with this packaged floral pad, which I unwrapped and sniffed cautiously. I never bothered to educate myself on the arcane matters of floral boot-pads, but I'm going to take a stab in the dark and assume it's for placing in the boot to dispel any evil smells. Because my boots didn't smell like anything at all, I didn't need the pads.These boots are great for putting your feet in (novel use, I know).Incidentally, you can also wear these boots while:-Getting drunk-Killing titans-Overthrowing a government-Lazing around the capitalOr you can set them out on a windowsill to ward away that damn cistern smell in your room.In summary, there are loads of things that prevent the boot from looking like nothing more than a costume article. It's highly wearable for casual wear, and I myself am planning on wearing my pair on the day of my wedding (you are all invited to attend, provided you also wear these boots. It is a ceremonial observation. These boots are perfect for both Attack on Titan cosplay and everyday wear. I wore them right after I got them and after not even an hour of wearing them, I had gotten several compliments and continue to receive them each time I wear them. They work incredibly well as boots for any occasion. They fit really well. They are very comfortable to wear. I am able to stand and walk in them for extended periods of time with no problem. I wear mine with sport socks and I have no issues with rubbing or blisters of any kind. I did have to order a different size but that is only because I didn't quite follow the size chart correctly. There is no zipper but they pull on easily and, personally, I think they look better without any kind of zipper. The shipping time was phenomenal. They arrived very quickly. I ordered them on a Saturday and received them the following Thursday. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking not only for a decent AOT/SNK boot, but a decent boot period.

The boots came in on time as expected. The colour on it is darker than in the picture, but it matches as to the show. The leather feels very fine, although on both boots they stuck a sticker that says "38" on them, and it left over some sticker that is going to take some effort to get off. If you are growing kid, I would recommend getting a size to a size and a half bigger if you want to grow into them, and feel comfortable. My only complaint as someone is who is gonna grow into his, is that though I ordered a size and a half larger than my feet, my toes still at the front get uncomfortably smooshed together, mostly at the pinky toe area. But the rest, it reaches fine to my knee, and feels very comfortable other than at the toes. 5 Stars despite all cons.(14 years, foot size 5 - 5.5 FT U.S., got a 6.5 Mens)

These boots are well made and can definitely hold up to wear. They are comfortable and the bottom has a nice, hard rubber sole that will surely endure and ridges to give traction. I was a bit timid in buying these because of my large calves, but the boots had no problem in fitting me. (As I usually have problems with boots because of my naturally bulky calves and being in marching band only increases their size, but these boots fit well despite that fact.) However, they do not look exactly as the ones in the anime or manga, so the cosplay quality goes down a bit there. However, any person who knows Attack on Titan will definitely recognize these.
