Amazing and affordable alternative to lash extensions
Love using these! First tried them out about a year ago because I had always wanted lash extensions but they’re too expensive. I’ve known about them for a while though because I’ve seen lots of tutorials on them on YouTube. Over time I’ve gotten better and better at application. I suggest using the Duo individual glue instead of LashTite because I find that the packaging of LashTite causes the glue to dry out fast and it’s harder to control coming out. I find that both glues have pretty similar formulas though. Make sure you have no makeup on and try using a lash extension primer that gently removes any oil/residue from your lashes so that they’re ready for application. Use a magnified mirror and make sure you’re placing each lash as close as you can to the last one without them actually touching. If they touch they get stuck together and it can look clumpy over the next few days. At the same time if you place them too far apart then it doesn’t look as clean up close, so the key is really just practice. I use the medium length all the way across except for a few short ones on the inner corners, and apply a new set each week and fill in spots where any lashes have fallen out when needed. Each set I use about half the tray. One more thing - I find that the knotted flares last longer than the knot-free ones, are easier to apply, and look cleaner/more uniform when you’re finished.

Look professional, I saved $100 doing it myself.
Ardell Duralash Naturals Individual Lashes - Medium, 56-Count (Pack of 4) I received these two days ago and promptly put them on. I used the black Ardell Duralash Adhesive after reading the the clear may leave white residue. I had previously paid $125 for a professional set of extensions which lasted one week and completely fell off within two weeks. I thought I'd try these and see if I got the same results. Well, yes, the results were perfect. Using the black adhesive, I put a few drops onto a small piece of foil as instructed. I used a pair of tweezers to dip lightly in the glue (try not to put too much on) then place carefully on top of my own lashes. I did make a few errors and hit my eyelid by mistake, these fell off immediately during the day. I have had them on for two days and they look fantastic! I did loose two during the night one from each eye, and it was relatively easy to apply new ones to the areas. If you lift up your eyelid slightly, you can see where you have placed them and where you should place new ones. I didn't overdo it on purpose, as I wanted a natural look. I will see if they last a week or longer and will update this review to keep you informed. One thing though, I do have a 10x mirror that I used to be able to clearly see where I was applying the extensions, and I also do have very study hands. I've attached two photos, one with my eyes closed so you can see what they look like from the top and how others will see them, and the other with my eyes open so you can see how natural the lashes look, note I am not wearing mascara. So far, I am very happy with this purchase and already saved myself $100 as that is what the refill costs from the professional salon. I was told that I'd have to have them refilled every two weeks. This is much more cost effective and looks just as good in my opinion. Total time to put on my first set was 1 hr and 20 minutes, so make sure you have the time to relax and go at your own pace. I put one on one side, then put the same one on the other side. Working on both eyes as I went along.

Great for going out to add extra glamour
I don't know why anyone uses the strip lashes, these are so much easier to apply. You can also use just a few or layer them up for a custom look. But I suggest using the eyelash glue for the strip lashes in white that dries clear, not the glue for the individual lashesbecause it is meant to last a few days and is very harsh and, I think, damaging to your lashes. Just squeeze some glue on the back of your hand near the bottom of your thumb and use tweezers to dip ends into glue than place along lash line starting at outer corner. Put mascara on first. To remove safely first use a make up remover then a facial cleanser and rub gently at base of lashes.

Economical and easy to use.
I've been using theses while trying to repair my own after using lash extensions. I like using the Medium because they look more natural. The hardest part about the application is removing them from the container. That's the reason I only gave 4 stars. Sometimes they stay stuck and you can damage a couple of the lashes or the entire set. I've tried removing them with a lash applicator, tweezers and by hand I haven't found anything that works 100% of the time. I like my glue wet because it seems like it doesn't make the base of the lash as clumpy. I don't like using a lot of eyeliner to hide the glue. Once I've placed them on my lash I give it a couple of minutes to dry then go through with a tweezer or lash applicator and squeeze the lash to my lash to make sure they have a good grip. At night I use Neutrogena Oil-Free Gentle Eye Makeup Remove (or Wal-Mart's generic version) to remove them. I just put some on my finger and glide it over the lashes and they come right off. You can clean the glue off the lash and use multiple times. They're inexpensive and easier to apply than the full false eyelashes.

Takes getting used to
So I thought I could just apply these with regular lash glue but it is so difficult to do so. It’s most likely because I am a beginner with applying lashes but since they are knot free it’s harder to place. They are very easy to drop and lose so be careful, they also deform a lot and move around while using tweezers. It did come with 4 packs which is nice and I will definitely give it another go soon.

Do Not Purchase
Although the lashes are of good quality, I only received 1 pack, and am unable to contact anyone else to get a replacement. It's a shame because I love this product.
