So perfect!! I have horrible neck pain and I use these almost daily. They are flexible and never freeze hard. The fabric side makes it comfortable to put directly on the skin. The length and width are a perfect wrap for neck pain. This ice pack stays cold for much longer than 20mins so it makes the pain less so I can fall asleep. I have purchased more than 1 of these and will probably purchase more to have at home and work.

I bought this product as several friends purchased and used it on hot days while playing tennis. It is very comfortable and the attached straps make it very easy to use. It stays cool for a reasonable amount of time. It was reasonably priced and seems to be well made. Packaged well and included lovely note from Newgo thanking me for purchasing the product and offers a warranty if there is a problem. I have not tried the heating option yet.

This works wonderfully! Long enough can be used for knees, shoulders or just keeping cool when outside in the heat!

Very soft! This was a nice width for wrapping it around my neck & crossbody for the back. I used a carabiner to hold the 2 handles together & wear hands-free! After several months, the plastic did braek where I folded it.

Update: I've bought one of each blue and pink about 2yrs ago. I have kept one in the freezer and the other one out to throw in the microwave to heat. I still love these but in need of replacing one. I guess the gel like beads have broken down cause there aren't as many as before. They use to spread out pretty evenly throughout the wrap but now they pretty much only fill the middle section. I guess for the price and how often I have used it it's held up pretty well. For reference I was using the one I heat up about once a week for about a year. Now about 1-2x a month. Bought this so I can wrap it around my neck and use part of it on my head when I get migraines. I ended up buying one of each and keep both in the freezer. They stay cold for long enough never actually timed it so can't say how long. Never used it for heat either so can't comment on that. Love these for the cold though and they are comfortable to use.

I had one of these that developed a leak after 6 weeks, right on the seam between the vinyl and cloth covers. After some back and forth with Amazon and a helpful service agent, they agreed to refund my purchase price, even though it was past their 4 week return window. While I had it, it worked fine for what I needed - something cold around my neck while I walked in the heat. I decided to order another one exactly like it. If that one fails too soon also, my rating will go to DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Stay tuned... UPDATE, 9/25/25 - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! - I bought a second one, and it also developed a leak, this time after less than 3 weeks of use. This leak was around one of the buttons in the middle of the pack. Another return to Amazon. Too bad, while it worked, it was comfortable and helped keep me cooler when I walked. DOESN'T HOLD UP TO NORMAL USE.

like how i was still able to do other things while keeping it around my neck but it doesn’t seem to stay cold for very long and the seam on the side broke leaving the gel beads to fall out within a few months.

This is a great product, high quality materials. I needed something for my neck and the base of my skull, I tried other products but this is the best to date. I keep it in the fridge, you can use the gel side or the soft fabric side depending on how much hot/ cold you want to feel. You can move the gel beads around to fit the area too. Keeps the temperature for a long time. My daughter had a light fever and I used this for her forehead and neck, it was soothing, she loved it. Shipping was fast, the packaging was good and had a nice touch in the form of a mini envelop that opens up into a note from the seller.

Ich verwende es täglich für meinen Nacken und bin sehr zufrieden. Es gibt nur einen Nachteil - da es relativ groß und lang ist rutschen die "Perlchen" mehr und mehr nach vorn und im Nacken fehlt dann zunehmend der Wärmeeffekt. Das Problem hatte ich mit schlechteren Gelkissen auch, aber da hier ohnehin schon eine angedeutete Teilung vorhanden ist, wäre eine echte Dreiteilung super.

I have RSI in my neck and get frequent migraines, and this really helps soothe both those things. I also pulled my back recently and after applying this, my back healed by the next day. Only things I dislike is that there’s nothing to keep it in place and doesn’t just lie there like the picture, unless you’re very good at keeping perfectly still. I use a hair scrunchie to tie the ends together, which keeps it fixed in place while I’m working. Also, would be good if it was a bit bigger, to encompass the entire upper back region and extend to the shoulders and reach the base of the skull, so you don’t have to lean back. The other negative is even with the sealed bag it comes with, it still absorbs the smell of the food in your freezer, so it’s a bit funky. That said, it’s easier and better to use than a bag of frozen peas, I think.
