I ordered the mattress in February of 2024.It has been great. Quality material, very comfortable, quick and easy to inflate and deflate. The height of the mattress has been a huge plus.It keeps air even in low temperatures. Super happy with this item.

I bought this bed because my family was sick and we were having them stay in there rooms and I stayed healthy but my husband was in the rooms building something and ended up sick and since I am super chemically intolerate I can’t sleep on our sofa due to the chemicals still coming off it since it’s fairly new and I felt so bad that he had to sleep out there because it’s kinda formed to sitting and not a laying sofa because it’s not flat all the way across he was so uncomfortable so I bought this because it had good reviews and it shipped overnight. I opened it up and it is very heavy quality material It blew up super fast and is very firm and stays tight with a soft feel all over it very nice. I love that it blows up nice and firm and that it lets the air out with the fan also so awesome so far so good.Cons are that out of the box it is quite strong to me with the smell of the material. It a normal smell for a plastic mattress type of smell but it’s quite strong and the plug cord is super short and in such a spot that if your plug is to the side you may have to hold it up or move it around to blow it up because the plug is super short and barely longer then the side of the bed itself so if plugged off to the side when it blows up it cuts off the cord kinda and unplugged itself I had to move to a plug that was in front of the plug and hold it up so that it reached perfectly so a little longer plug would be definitely a plus. It’s only been a day so hopefully the smell lightens up quickly so that maybe in the future I can use it. Wish it had removable fan and plug so it could be washed to help get the smell down.

This is an extremely comfortable air mattress for an air bed. It's extra high and thick and supports my 300 lb frame.Great customer service and response in dealing with sending in replacement mattress after the first one developed a lump in the middle, even though the first mattress got that lump it was only 5 months later and it was still a comfortable mattress.They do really good with sending a replacements as there really is a 5 year warranty.In fact I had one replacement mattress stolen from our apartment lobby and they understood the problem and they still sent another one! ❤️All in all still one of the most comfortable mattresses on Amazon when it comes to air mattresses.I recommend rotating the mattress though for heavier people, so that it won't develop a small lump of air in the middle.I didn't experience any problems with leakage and that's really important. The mattress does inflate and deflate really fast.Even with the issue, still giving it 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our nephew was staying with us for a few nights and we have a very small home and no dedicated guest room. I bought this inflatable mattress because of its excellent reviews, and decided to make my office into a short term guest room. This mattress was fabulous! It's so high and luxurious that it looks and feels like a real mattress! It was super easy to set up and inflates in about 90 seconds, and deflates in about the same amount of time. Folds up easily and packs away in it's own storage bag. I inflated it for the first time overnight, then topped it off and just topped it off after two days as per the instructions. My nephew said it didn't feel like it was losing any air at all, and that it was very comfortable.For those asking about sheets and mattress pads, I bought the below mattress pad because there is a large bumper around the mattress top and having a mattress pad helps even that out. I followed instructions carefully, opened box without nicking it, let it sit inflated 12 hours, even placed it on a quilt so no scratches from floor, which was clean and smooth anyway. It lost some air as initially expected being new, so added more and slept on it being awakened at 1 am because I was sinking into it. Added more air. By 6 am was deflated again. Pulled myself out of the mushy pit and got up, adding more air. Deflated again by noon with no one on it. Tried again the next 2 nights hoping that it would self correct but continued to lose air. You are given the option to trouble shoot before returning but why? This is a brand new product. You should not need to trouble shoot it! What a waste of time, money and loss of sleep, the very thing I bought it to avoid as I have been sleeping in a chair! I weigh 180 pounds and it is rated for 300.
