This is my go-to magnesium brand. I have used this supplants on times of high stress and it helps me sleep well and restore myself even when my stress levels are pretty high.I can’t recommend this enough, socially for other people who have anxiety like me

This tri mag is awesome, I do a lot of walking and was starting to get Charlie horse cramps in feet and legs started taking this and have not had that happen

I take this every night before bed. Highly recommend. Calms my mind down and sends me off the sleep. Also fantastic because it helps produce a soft bowel movement in the morning.
