Yes these are for kids or adults

For all the people saying these aren’t for kids, your kid has to learn to swallow pills first. It took my son a bit of time, but he learned and takes these with ease. We also bought the multi vitamin and he takes both. My son is 9. I can tell there is an improvement in his mental health. These aren’t cheweable. If your kid isn’t comfortable swallowing pills then find something else. But to leave a bad review just because something wasn’t meant for you, specifically, doesn’t mean these pills don’t work.

Taste horrible and too big to swallow

I do not recommend this product. My kid could not sallow and it tastes bad. They do not accept return, be aware. Very disappointed!
