I like that it doesn't completely freeze stiff. It's the perfect size wrap and the velcro stays in place after many, many years if use

After years of using a rice bag it finally disintegrated. We bought this pad and have used it at least a dozen times now. It holds the heat for a good period of time and you can turn it to the thinner covered side when it cools and get even more heat. I think it lasts 3x longer than the rice bag with the same amount of microwaving. Used as an ice pack also and it was fine for that. I think it will last if not overheated.

I've been using the Medi Temp Hot Cold packs for years. The soft side on the pack sleeves makes them very comfortable and the velcro stretchy bands secure to your back well. I am a 'fluffy' person and it goes around my middle just fine. I've also used for knees. I keep two of these in the freezer all the time. Highly recommended.

Have had several in different sizes for years and they are wonderful because the covers are very nice and great to use next to your skin with no discomfort.

I had a large ice pack and sleeve from this company that is about ten years old. I love it because the gel never got hard or inflexible, it stayed cold for a long time and it was moldable enough to conform to my neck and shoulders in bed. It was comfortable, didn't make a lot of noise and stayed cold a long time. I decided to purchase another as I am having issues with my knee and wanted one from the same company. I bought a large and small one with a sleeve and Velcro straps. I am sad to say that the gel packs are not the same. They do not stay flexible once frozen and feel like they crystallize and are not moldable until about ten to fifteen minutes of taking them out of the freezer. Very disappointed.
