Grate card for the price I payed at the time with rebate.
It works grate and the fan although it can spool up it is still much quieter than my gtx 480 that I replaced this with. The tempertures are at low 70s while my gtx 480 was in the mid 80s. the power consumption is also much lower than the 480. To me it seems it has about 1.5 to 1.7 times the gaming power of the 480 as it is with out the heat or the power consumption. I am very pleased with this card. I payed 319 for mine with a 40 mail in rebate and I did get a HDMI cable, CD, power adapter and a HDMI to DVI adapter. Not sure if it is as good as the gtx 670 FTW from evga but for what I payed for this its just fine. It plays all my games at 60+ fps. I only have a 22inch monitor though for now. I should mention that I set the fan on auto and fairly aggressive to help with any overheating isues I may incounter, so 78C is as high it has gone for me so far while gaming. I have not overclocked yet but I dought that I will get much without water cooling. I had purchased an ARCTIC Accelero Hybrid closed lupe water cooling unit that I got for sale originally for my gtx 480 and will see if I can overclock this to past the GTX 680 stock stats. Of course I dont half to do this, I just want to see how far I can push this puppy while still in the safe zone.Update. I have had the card for about a month now and I completed the merging of the GTX 670 with the Arctic Accelero Hybrid. I am very pleased with the results. After a few tests I was able to keep the core clock at 1256mhz and the memory to about 7000 at +122% power limit. It works flawlessly with a few games I have on an older e8400 system. Will install it in my new computer as soon as I have finished building it. So in total I have spent $280 for the graphic card and $100 for the accelero hybrid. Not bad for the performance I get out of it. The tempertures never go above 52C playing some very demanding games. Now that is AWESOME!

PNY bad, gtx 670 chip good
The card was great until it died a little over a year later. Even though the box says it has a lifetime warranty PNY says it had to be registered with in 90 days or it defaults to only a year warranty which it is out of. Their excuse is that lots of company's do this. Just because lots of company's have shady practices doesn't make it a good way to do business. Not sure why a registration makes any difference to a warranty when I have everything else. The chipset was great, it's just to bad a crappy company put it together. I will not buy another PNY product.

Was stupid loud and a dud
Arrived with a dented back plate that had to be bent back into place. Was stupid loud and a dud. Performance tests barely showed it beating a 660. The replacement from gigabyte destroyed this card in every way.

Wow is all I can say
The 3rd Gen I7 processor and MB were amazing with the built in graphics but adding this, the results are WOW. This board provides graphics (gaming) like I have never seen before. They also give a lifetime warranty when you register online.

Unpleasant high pitch whine
Just got this card last night. It is a powerful card, as expected. But unexpected, is the high pitch whine it makes when it is in use. The overall volume of the card's fans is acceptable to me; but the tone of this shrill whine is not. A couple people suggested I keep it at least a few days to see if it breaks itself in, but most likely I will be returning it.

The best All Round Card
Great gaming card and it actually scores higher on the windows experience than my GTX 680. So save your money, this 670 will handle anything you want to throw at it.
