When I read review I thought to cancel my order but service from hindware is just awesome within 2 hours of delivery installation and demo done, water taste like Bisleri water, looks awesome in Kitchen, Nice product in such low prize go for it, just don't forget to buy fillter

It's been 3-4 days since I got my RO installed. The delivery was quick but installation was delayed. (I think, it's is still quite quick considering COVID knockdown. RO quality is very good. Taste of water is also very good.My only complaint is that the Tap for Water Dispenser is very fragile. I am worried that it might break. Also, the volume of water tank is not sufficient for a family of more than 4 persons.

Product is very nice. But very poor service by Hindware. No one came for installation, after so many follow ups and escalations. Finally returned the product

Using the Hindware Elara RO UV UF Minerals from a month. Results are good. TDS from tap water is around 800-1000, RO's filtered TDS is around 100-120, waste water TDS is around 600. PH from Filterd RO water is around 7.5.I'm from North Delhi and Yamuna river is near our home that's y a good RO was needed.Taste is also above average, you will feel the minerals like zinc iron copper in it. Yes this has COPPER in it, its the sibling varient which is also available on FLPKART, choose which ever costs you less bcoz ultimately it's the same hardware just with different name, this Amazon's has Minerals and FPKRT has Copper + written but FLPKART's version reviews were not good so I selected amazon version bcoz of better service and it's worth it.Water Taste is good but not very sweet bcoz it has other minerals too which slightly reduces the sweetness but good for health.External water filter is not bundled with the RO purchase (rarely any ro provides external filter). We already had an old ro which was 5-6 years old so didn't needed to buy one extra, we just replaced the old filter can with the new one which the installation guy has.But if you don't have any external filter then please buy it separately as its helps with RO's life and in the long term it will be easy on your pocket too as life span of filters will increase from 8-12 months to 18-20 months.Whole tank can be filled in around 30-40 mints and can be dryed in around 5-10 mints.Water wastage average.Little slow but does it work nicely.For a family for 5 members it's completely sufficient. We can also use the RO while it's purifying at same time, water pressure will be reduced but if you tank is empty just 10 seconds ago and you put bottle under it, it will start pouring the purified water instantly although quantity of filling the water is reduced but you can use it instantly.AMC cost was around 4,300 for all filters so I have not purchased it instead I'll ask for service in every 6 months and will only replace the filter which needed to change. Service cost is only 300 so this is much better than whole complete AMC of 4k for 1 year.Hope this review helps to clear some doubts.

1. For installation they say 24-48 hours of installation but it took 6 days to install.2. Firstly received faulty product which was manufacturing defect, but thanks to amazon product was replaced with no question asked.3. Customer support is a little slow have to call them again and again.4. Rest product is good water tastes superb, purifies and removes all impurities. Just installion guys don't have TDS meter to measure TDS of purified water.5. Hopes hindware improves their customer support to provide service quick.

I am using it since 5 years and brought this for my parents now excellent at the price.

Don't buy. . Too much of delay in installation after 10 days.. No proper response from hindware cc service and tap getting damaged or not working properly multiple times I have changed.. indication light stopped working after 2 months.. build quality is not good and tds level is good comes around 70-75 however the water tastes not good.. go with some other brand it's not worth to buy and it's not copper also..

The product is good but after a small usage the purification Led is not working. Also the UV tube required to change, which was done by Hindware as the system was not starting.Complained to customer care. Resolved by them.
