Its simple & ok.
It helps around when sometimes you don't want to try the gyms straps. Who knows how many ankles been on those. Take it to the gym or at home. Very sturdy and durable.

Love them!
Love these ankle straps! I use them on leg days using cables and can use some pretty heavy weights. Really good quality, does not feel or look cheap at all. I got the pink color and they appear darker in person, but I think they look better that way! Comes with a convenient small bag to store them in. Would recommend to a friend!

Fantastic straps!!!
These are awesome! Super comfortable, the Velcro straps are extremely secure, and they are good for higher weights. Cable kick backs used to suck, searching around for broken or non-existent straps, trying to find something else to adapt. Now I throw these in my gym bag and go. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

Perfect add-on to my Black Mountain resistance bands!
Love them! I work out daily with my resistance bands. The set that I have came (Black Mountain...WHICH I LOVE) only with one leg band. Plus, the hard part of the velcro hits my ankles and it hurts. These are so much better. Perfect combination with my Black Mountain resistance bands!

Quality ankle straps
These are really nice ankle straps. I do kick backs with them & I got the black color the double metal attachments on them. Works great. The velcro is strong and I plan to use these a lot at the gym.

You Cannot Count On Gym Eqipment To Include/ Always Bring Your Own
