You can go for the cheap plastic options.... but they don't last, or work well.... or you can pay a little more and buy these. They are great quality and exactly as described, really robust and look so much better in the home than the cheap plastic rubbish. The door does not move an inch when wedged. I bought 4 and each door I have have varies in the gap at the bottom. This made no difference to these wedges, they work perfectly. I highly recommend this product as it is worth the money.

Great quality and looks smart too. Had to shove quite hard underneath the doors but holds very heavy fire doors open with no problems - great value for money!

These are the heaviest door stoppers I could find, and even they barely hold the fire door. A tiny movement and the door closes. I wish I could find properly heavy door stops.

I’ve bought a few of these ( not these ones over the last few months ) Always hard plastic or rubber , none of them worked. I have really heavy fire doors, they did damage to the doors But not these! They are amazing! They are only £10’ish quid / €14 euros , Pay the extra few quid to get something that will last My doors are not just heavy fire doors but they have an arm at the top that makes sure it is always closed. This is great for fire safety but A nightmare opening the heavy doors all the time. I should have just spent the extra few quid and got these They look so nice the chrome , they are obviously super easy to use , they work on tiles carpet and a wood and Lino floor. One side is very sticky rubber But leaves no marks & does No damage to the door , I do not just the sticky thing for the back of the door They are very heavy so I see it coming off , but I’ve not used it, they look nice even when not in use so imo there is no need, nice touch tho They are great value for money and they never slip , it’s super easy to push it over with your foot be it with socks or slippers or whatever on and put it under the door A gentle pull with no noise & it’s locked in place , they work 100% of the time I’ve had this blow over from the windows open the doors used to slam. But not anymore they are nice and thick but thin at the start There is very few doors they will not fit under. I am writing this as I am buying 2 more after having them weeks with no problems A great buy , and if you have heavy doors fire or front or back doors these are what you want not the cheap stuff that never works I highly recommend them!

Great quality, stylish yet functional

These are great for extra security and keeping pesky doors open or closed. They are heavy (which makes them sturdy), look really nice, and seem to fit different sized doors. Might be more expensive than other choices but I think they are worth it.

Works great for domestic doors, even better for heavy steel door at work that has defeated many ordinary door stoppers in past.

The quality of the product is good, but the narrow part was higher than the space between the floor and the door and did not fit
