Procter & Gamble 67848 DURA2PK 1.5V 377Battery, Color-Original

A watch stopped and I needed a replacement battery. Since I was purchasing other items on Amazon at the time I decided to save a few bucks over local prices and get a spare backup battery in the process. This purchase came as 2 single packs instead of one double pack as shown in the product photos, but that doesn't bother me in the least. I still got two batteries for the price most local retailers wanted for one. These are authentic genuine Duracell batteries and worked just fine. In the unlikely event these would run down and go dead faster than it should I'll update this review, but I'm confident based on the packaging that these are quality Duracell batteries as listed.

Didn't realize there were two batteries, so the value was awesome.

I tried two other brands (a no-name, then Maxwell). All those batteries arrived dead on arrival. Every single battery, verified with a battery tester to be DEAD. I am replacing those lame batteries. This Duracell battery works great, the first time. Verified with my battery tester it is fully charged. Sure, they are more expensive, but they just work. Avoid the hassle and just pay more for Duracell quality.

Seem to work ok (in 2 wristwatches), but there's no legible expiration or manufacturer date on packaging. Very unusual for "Duracell" brand. Silver oxide batteries generally have a shelf life of 3 years, so maybe I'll get at least 1 year's run time? Thank you for offering these batteries, but please improve the packaging information to show the missing manufacturer or expiration date in consumer-readable form (legally required on all batteries sold in USA).

Works as intended. Make sure you cross-reference comparable manufacturer batteries with a different number.

I used this little battery for a miniature collector clock. It works like a charm and I have an extra one to boot. I do not see an expiration date on the package.
