This time, the sticks were beautiful and pristine and smelled as lovely as they should! The weight received was as promised, and our faith is restored in Unizoco and their product thanks to their prompt and courteous customer service on top of the great sticks.**The picture of the product is misleading — looks like you get what’s in the picture, but you don’t, really. You get a single bag of wood, which isn’t bad in and of itself. But the description says “approximately 30-something to 40-something sticks,” so I was bummed when I only counted 28 in my bag. It would probably be better if they listed volume instead of number so customers wouldn’t be disappointed or feel shorted. The sticks I used also were hit or miss — some smelled okay, while others just smelled like any other wood, almost as if they were old and didn’t have much essential oil in them...

Much easier to keep lit than others I've bought in the past

One of the Best Palo Santo sticks on amazon! This brand was recommended by a social media influencer - after getting some buds from other sellers previously, I decided to look for this brand. It was out of stock at that time, but I continued to look for it & about a week later, I saw these were able to be ordered. I love the presentation of the box, I was able to smell the quality palo santo through the opening in the box before I opened it. I purchased a bunch of boxes so I’m glad it has “that smell” I was looking for... other brand sticks I purchased prior did not... which makes me think they weren’t legit. I have faith, given the burn & smell from this product that it was done right. Meaning the process of the tree having to fall first on its own etc or else you won’t get the benefits & the oils which produce this amazing palo santo smell. I will continue to buy this brand as I am very pleased with the product.

It’s probably Palo Santo. But it’s probably not aged wood. It needs to age on the ground with the bark still on it in order for it to get the earthy sent I’m looking for. Due to It’s popularity people are harvesting it way too quickly. i’ll stick with my previous brand and this one needs to be returned.

Good Incense Sticks, but need to work on packing and costing is too high.

This brand has a very strong smell,smoke burns white.Does not burn long need to keep lighting it.Im ok with that,it has a very powerful sweet smell no need for it to burn for long time.Plus i do not want to fill my home with smoke so less smoke is better for me.i will be buying this product again 5 star.

Very small

I had a reaction I have never had before using PA.I gave one star and don't just chalk it up to my own biology because I had several brands before that did not do this. I am experienced and know how to use properly. I had difficulty breathing, they irritated my throat, almost hacked up a lung and weeks later I am still recovering and wheezing. Super weird. Use at your own risk.
