Q: I bought this before for $32, now its $37, why a price hike of 15% in under a year?

Its 2022, Supply Chain Issues, shipping delays, pandemic restrictions? Surprised it's not $45.

Q: Can you reseal a fish tank with this?

I cannot see why not -- it is excellent for everything. But first, perhaps contact some experts of fish tanks -- retail stores, distributors, manufacturers, to be sure. The other consideration is whether or not the product may or may not contain chemicals harmful to fish.

Q: I used this on accident for a rear differential gasket. I know it's the wrong stuff and I am going to remove it but has anyone else done this?

keep checking it every week, if it doesn't leak why change itsupposed to use a gasket and nothing else but I have used this stuff inplace of gaskets in a pinch

Best price per tube.

Black rtv is just a good all around silicone.I have been using black for years with good results where oil or water is involved.Ultra black and ultra gray are better for high pressure and red and copper are best for high heat. This is the same rtv that comes in some fel-pro gasket sets, just in a very small tube.

Great item at a great price

These tubes of silicone work wonderfully. Great when you only need a little here and there instead of getting those big construction tubes with the squeeze gun to operate with.These should last me for a long time.Thanks!

This is not a recommended practice buy this product

I was hoping this would show up the external plastic gas tank on my tiller. It continues to leak. This is not a recommended practice buy this product however
