Damaged
My item was sent very damaged. Can I get a replacement? I have pics. All the fluid came out from a broken piece. Kinda grossNext day update: so I did fully look over the item due to working long hours (healthcare). So the cord doesn’t work due to the liquid that leaked out getting inside the part that plugs into the brush itself. And I found a random hole (in last two pictures) this isn’t good. Mold can occur if you’re like me and only brush hair when wet. I don’t see the purpose of the random hold and don’t believe it was ment to be there. It’s such a shame. I was so excited to try something like this. If someone could please contact me to ship back and get refund or exchange that’ll be awesomeEdit May 14 2020. It’s now days since I made this post and asked for a refund or new item directly to seller. I have yet heard a thing.Edit May 29 2020. Sadly i never heard back and will not get a refund or replacement. Will be throwing out this junk. So disappointed was super excited to try

Not a Hair straightener :(
The product title says/include "Hair straightener Brush for Dry & Damaged Hair" but it isn't straightening my hair at all... I don't usually write negative reviews as there's an option to return the item. However, I got too busy after receiving and trying out this item. When I get the time I saw the return window closes already. :(

No help
I have damaged hair from coloring, and hair loss. I thought this would help my hair. After using for 6 weeks I have to say this did. O saw no reduction in my hair loss, no new growth either. I saw no significant static reduction either. In fact I have $5 ion brush from Walmart that works 100% better. This brush was a waste of money and time and energy. No use to me whatsoever.

Cheap Quality
I haven't returned the product I was lazy but I should have done it.The moment it arrived it was all mocked up, some of the components were kind of glued to the box insert. I haven't even use it.
