It looks nice but the power cord doesn't work. We thought the bulb may have been damaged during shipment. Bought a new bulb, still no light. This Himalayan Lamp is supposed to help with blood pressure and stress. All it has done so far is piss me off. What kind of operation you guys running out of Himalaya?Update - So apparently the power cord issue is a common thing. However, contacting the customer service directly via the phone number provided in the package is quick and easy. Received a new power cord within the week and the product is beautiful. Still deserving of 4 stars. Would be an easy 5 star rating if not for the power cord issue.

where's the product on the Picture? unboxing was quiet the surprise and not what i thought but it still works and fit the space. Had to fix the base rtv 4500 silco glue and sand down the base then re-screw it.Heads up it may need repair because people drop them during deliveries. little TLC and your good.3 stars because it's like something you did not want but grows on you..

This is a quality product with great customer service. When I received my salt lamp, the light bulb was blown. The lamp comes with instructions on how to set it up, care for it, and what to do if there is a problem. I used the option to text and got the quick solution of mailing a replacement and what type of bulb I can buy/use now if I did not want to wait for the replacement bulb to arrive. They were extremely helpful and fast turnaround on customer service replies and finding a solution. For now, I am using a Christmas light bulb with proper wattage until the replacement bulb arrives. The lamp is large, tall and beautiful! It is exactly as described. Note: the stand is a little wooden stand I purchased from a second hand store. It fits perfectly!

It is big & beautiful. Excellent quality. It is not as red as the picture but a great price for a big beautiful salt lamp. The thing about salt lamps no two are alike. Each one is unique. I bought it for a gift now I want one for myself. The shipping was free & the lamp was wrapped well no cracks, chips or damage!

Is this Ebay or Amazon? Broken, cracked base. Base broke from salt lamp. Cord broken in 2 places. I would be furious if I paid one penny more. I except this from Ebay no Amazon.

Absolutely beautiful. My first reaction while getting it out of the box was, wow it's heavy. Now that it is up on the TV stand and lit up, I am impressed with the beautiful coloration. The marble base has three groves on the bottom for the cord. So you can choose which side that you want facing out, without the cord showing.

Creates a nice, warm atmosphere in your room. Really nice to have on before bed when you're winding down. I'd give it 5 stars except my ex-girlfriend used to make me lick it as punishment when I did something she didn't like and bruh, this thing is legit salty AF... sooooo.. bad memories in that regard but otherwise nice little lamp.

Love it ! It was a lot bigger than I was expecting ,which was a happy surprise,it did arrived with a broken base , but Amazon took care of that. I would definitely recommend this lamp.
