UPDATED REVIEW SINCE PURCHASE: Battery Cover Broke. Have only had this for 1 1/2 months (since Jan 8, 2017) and only opened the battery area once to put the batteries actually INSIDE and now a tiny piece of plastic has broken off somehow and won't keep the batteries inside. I am trying to request a return / replacement/ refund but can't seem to find the area of the product page to ask for that from the Seller.ORIGINAL PRODUCT REVIEW:I love this product so far! Just after one use my skin feels so smooth with just the regular face brush and soap. I've never used one of these and I'm 38. I always thought that these things were going to be too harsh for my face in that using a facial scrub would work just fine. But after doing some research and watching some YouTube videos on the benefits of cleaning your Facebook one of these at least twice a week I completely understood the concept got it just works better than washing your face with soap and your hands. I ordered this cleansing brush and received it just a few days ago. My age is 50-60 and recently I have experienced some pretty serious acne problems. I have tried everything short of going to a dermatologist, because I knew that would lead to being put on Accutane and frankly, I didn't want to have to take. After receiving the Youthful Advantage Cleansing Brush with attachments, I am totally amazed at the phenomenon I am seeing, using the facial cleansing brush and the facial sponge. My face has already shown so much improvement, I wish I had ordered this months ago. The acne has kept me home at times, because I was ashamed to leave the house. I am so tired of using cleansing products that are full of ingredients that I can't pronounce, much less have no idea what they are. Even the ones that are dermatologists approved or formulated. I used this battery operated skin brush on my face and although the brush head was a little small, it worked well. When I tried the body brush attachment, it failed miserably. The moment I put the brush to my skin, it stopped spinning. I could hear the motor working, but the brush wouldn't move. When I removed the brush from my skin , it started spinning. I did not put any pressure on the brush past laying it onto my arm. Either the hole for the brush is too large and allows the power portion to just spin, or the power head is too weak to move the larger brush. I'm on the fence about returning it as the small brush works fine. I wonder if the manufacturer has a fix for this issue?

I bought this skin cleansing brush and would like to say it is FANTASTIC. It's all they claim to be and more. Its performance is great. The brushes are soft on my face. The large brush does a great job on larger areas of my body. My concern was if it vibrated, like some do. or was to rough. It was none of that.A little hard to open the battery compartment. My husband used a very small flat blade screwdriver held as instructed pulling down at the arrow. Inserted the edge of blade in slot and twisted very carefully. The handle end popped right off and was easy to put batteries in as indicated. 8 speeds are nice but it does not go really much faster. Just enough to feel it going faster on your skin.

Overall the product is pretty good for the price and I definitely saw the difference in my skin within a week of use! But the customer service is really the amazing part! I had my share of issues but a quick email and everything was resolved without any complications, I'm not one to leave reviews especially good ones but I really appreacoate the service I was given

My wife loves the product but the first one the wiring came apart at 8 months and the most recent ordered Sept 2017 wiring came apart Feb 2018. May order again once they make a product that is worth the moneyUpdate they have offered to replace we will try again. My wife loves the product

I bought this less than 6 months ago. And now it jas stopped working.I attempted to write the company on their site twice and it kept giving me an error of no java or cookies, but mine are enabled as they are supposed to be..I just want my machine to work or get troubleshooting suggestions.....a little disappointed...

I would have given it 4 stars but my daughter literally touched the pumice stone to her feet that had soaked as stated necessary and it just broke right off the plastic piece. Nothing a little glue can't fix but it just is a bummer when you get something new and it breaks immediately... Otherwise for the price it's a good buy!

Ok product

DONT BUY! Broke in a week of using. Cannot return or replace. And of course the dispute claim expired so quickly I couldn't even complain. STILL awaiting a response from the company. Very disappointed. Worst product. Not impressed, especially for the high price!

Junk! Doesn't stay on, speeds is not accurate. Horrible product and not worth even trying it. Waste of money.
