I LOVE the "go to sleep feature" and "stay asleep feature" these play sounds and light or no light- of your choice for as long as you want or all night. Not sure how the sound works if you pair it with your phone, but im not crazy about the sound choices or color choices. But the alarm is great- lots of customizable options, but all alarms start quietly and gradually get louder to the pre determined volume of your choosing and light intensity of your choosing. This works really well for waking me up without jolting me awake. I havent tried the alarm with music from phone pairing. Not sure if my phone would actually auto play. The choices for days for your alarm are -5 days, 2 days or 7 days. You don't get to choose actual days like mon, tuesday etc. Overall, I am happy. I wish the sound quality were a little clearer and there were more colors to choose from.

We've been looking and searching for that perfect alarm clock for quite a while. Many options on the market and we, frankly, got tired of our current "loaded" alarm clock (made in China) - it was very light and sound was too cheap...Fast forward to us finally finding and ordering this little "beast."The alarm can be set for 2, 5, 7 days - perfect to set for weekends, work days, etc. The settings are rather interesting - somewhat intuitive once you have a first couple of "runs" at it. Now it's a breeze to set-up an alarm, but takes a bit of practice. The attached card does help.Absolutely APPRECIATE this little machine - perfect sound of the ocean to wake-up to - our favorite! Many light schemas as well.It's not overly heavy, but it is SOLID. We definitely appreciate the craftsmanship of it and ability to use many features that are independent from overall alarm function (light, sound).HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those who are seeking good alarm clock with quite a few light schemas (wake-up, fall asleep with), music or natural sounds.A+

This was a replacement for an older white noise / clock / radio that I have had for many years. I may not be as sensitive as most, but this system works great for my needs. I actually set-up the light and sounds for the "falling asleep" and "stay asleep" settings and they work great! I live near a fairly busy street and use this to drown out the car noise. The sound quality is very good (I'm sure there are better, but it serves the purpose). The unit feels solid and I don't see anything that would make me doubt the durability. The sound choices are fine, but you could also use the Bluetooth to stream anything. I think buyers leaving anything negative, just haven't played with this enough. There are quite a few settings you can customize and configure to make this work for you. One note, this unit in particular does not pair with the iHome phone app, so if you are looking for that functionality, look at one of their other devices. Volume control is ample to meet any requirements (can get quite loud, if needed). My Samsung phone paired with no trouble to stream through the Bluetooth connection. All in all, it works exactly as described and I am very happy, I would recommend if the specs meet your needs.

This sound machine really works for the purpose I needed it. It has great nature sounds and some other recordings for breathing meditation, it comes with a instruction pamphlet to set up with instructions that are simple but because it has different settings depending on what you wanna do with it you may want to keep it handy. Nice sound and light sets me up to go to bed and also wakes me up gently. I have been trying to get away from the phone at night so I haven’t connected it to the Bluetooth but this is not a high definition sound, and I’m ok with that. Basically, I just wanted a sleep machine with nice rain sound and an alarm clock but I got more than that. I am happy with it.

I bought this product so I can use an alarm clock instead of using my phone. I really love the nature sounds on it and all the features, helps me unwind and relax. I love how I can set the alarm to a nature sound instead of a stressful alarm sound. I can't speak for the light therapy, but the colors are very soothing. Also love how you can dim the brightness of the time or turn the time off completely ( your alarm will still go off in the morning).

This thing has been a life saver as far as establishing positive sleep routines. I looked at many of these and decided on this one cause it has an abundance of features. The only thing I dislike is that the features for go to sleep and stay asleep don't give you access to all of the sounds. But zen is my favorite track so the work around is just to simply ignore those features and press the sound button till you get to the track you want and it'll play all night. So it's an easily remedied problem. Overall I highly recommend this in combination with other good night time habits.

I had ordered a cheaper brand alarm/sound machine/light and sent it back immediately because I could hear the sound looping and there was no way to make the sound stay on through the night. I ordered this brand next and even though it is more expensive it is with every penny! The sound is amazing - no looping that I could detect and there are great going to sleep and then transitioning to staying asleep mode. I haven't tried the light to wake feature but I'm sure it's just as amazing as the other features.

I bought this to replace my Phillips Wake Up Light alarm clock. This is smaller, which gives me more room on my nightstand and I love the sleep and wake functions and that I can connect my phone via Bluetooth. I use the sleep function nightly and the wake up alarm 5 days a week. You can program the alarm for how many days you want to use it, so I don't have to worry about not setting an alarm. Very satisfied with this purchase and I've had it for a few weeks now.
