It was spoiled and I couldn’t used it.

Terrible quality I could push my finger through the middle of the root. Moldy too The root looked great, until you touch it. It was gross. I really needed it, I had a deadline for a recipe. Bummer No return policy too. I've read other reviews, I should have needed to them

We've purchased this product twice and I am about to purchase again. We use this to make our fire cider and this works great and smells fine. Comes wrapped in a damp paper towel inside a ziploc. Our USPS delivers this and it arrives fairly fast.

It's growing! I put it in a pot as I read it takes over your garden if just planted there. I received 2 pieces and put plastic over it to keep the water in. Now both pieces are growing. Looking forward to real as the Jar stuff at the store isn't strong even the extra hot which I usually bought. Thanks much
