Good wallet
Very very secure wallet with a 24 characters for security but it don’t take most good coins like Sui and HBar to give example when it updates to take those I’ll be back

GOOD PRODUCT
The large touch screen was what caught my eye, which turned out to be a great feature to have. Very easy to input when I have to type in my PIN code and setup the device, and the user interface is friendly and really straight forward. Device is lighter than I expected, which is easy to carry around. Customer service was great, shoot them an e-mail regarding coin supports and got a reply within hours. Well done.

Not suporting Native Segwit
This cold wallet is a waste of your money. It only supports the old Legacy protocol, not the Nested Segwit and not the Native Segwit. As a result this wallet is useless for anything except Legacy with the more expensive trading fees. Most crypto exchanges have switched to Segwit. You cannot deposit crypto with segwit addresses to this wallet. Therefore this should probably only be 1 star rating.

no Bluetooth. Low coin space.
This wallet will disappoint you mainly because it lacks storage space. I like that it's a personal wallet for my XRP with any wireless connections to be hacked so I tuck it away and forget about it. I'll buy another wallet for other coins
