EKLIND 13607 Ball-Hex-L Key allen wrench - 7pc set Metric MM sizes 1.5-6 Long series

It's not worth the risk of damaging hard-to-replace fasteners because they were damaged with cheap hex wrenches. Eklind has never let me down even with the very small sizes of their Allen wrenches. I've been buying them for decades and keep a set wherever I need them- RC field box, telescope tool set, at the lathe, at the workbench and so on and keep them in that one place so they'll be there next time. They fit well and are properly hardened and tempered so they don't round off like cheaper brands.

This is a great value to have the most common basic metric Hex Key's with a ball end in a convenient holder and so economical.I work on bikes and while the 8 mm is missing that may be needed, it is a bigger situation and far less frequently used so 1.5 mmto 6 mm makes sense. I prefer to use the 8 mm as a socket anyway as you usually want a ratchet wrench to use it properly. I alwaysconsidered Bondhus the best but Eklind quality is up there with well hardened steel that holds up and also Pedro's may be the best hexkeys but I would prefer a couple sets of Eklinds because I lose too much stuff to justify Pedro's and just prefer to have more keys around.If you are a casual to advanced mechanic, this Eklind is a no brainer.

I'd ordered this set for my bike, as I was missing one size hex in my previous set. I was well pleased with it and used them extensively in assembling and adjusting my eBike. However, after setting off on a test ride one day, I found that the set had vanished. Poof! No sign of it in the limited area I used them, not in any pack pockets, etc. So I had to reorder a new set.These were fine though one of the smaller sizes was bent out of 90 degrees, but was easily bent back with some pliers. The ball end feature has proven very important as a few nuts were hard to reach straight in.The only improvement I could think of is to have the ball end at both ends of the keys. As it is, the ball end is only on the long end of the keys.All in all, very good set for the money for anyone that's not going to use them every day.

Perfect size for a 3D Printer set of handy wrenches. Right there with my knife, scraper and alcohol wipes.

I needed a set of allen wrenches to bring with me to the range. This one showed up at my doorstep so I took it with. We had a blast.I even had a chance to use them. Worked great in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. If someone steals this set I will purchase again.

This is a good quality hex key set and it fits nicely in my bike tool pouch. I need 3, 4, 5, and 6 mm for my bike and this is perfect.
